When I started working with Jerry, I was in ok shape. I wasnt super overweight, but I could feel myself heading in that direction. On top of that, I just didnt feel GOOD. I knew what needed to be done, but I didnt know how to do it. I had tried a few workout methods on my own, but nothing really seemed to work. I finally approached Jerry and asked for some help. From the get-go I decided that since he had been helping people get fit for years, and since nothing I had already done worked, I would try it his way and see what happened. I am so glad I did! It only takes 30mins out of your daily schedule and you feel amazing afterwards! I've been training at BC30 since December 2015 and my body is stronger and leaner. I have worked with Brandon on several occasions. I have found him to be incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He helped me get on track with my diet, I have seen great results due to that. Trimmed off a ton of body fat. He also has helped me fine tune my workout routine which has helped me gain significant muscle mass as well as toning up a ton! I couldn't be happier with my results.
