Every time I asked him a question he replied in depth and usually providing the rational behind the way he designed my training. I really liked this! On a personal level, he's caring, polite and sensitive to my needs. This was important for me as I have a disability in my feet that was quite limiting to certain movements. Brian intelligently modified my training to work around it. I've never felt better! I can't recommend him enough. He really does care!

Garret is very knowledgeable in the areas of weight training, endurance, and nutrition. I have been working with Garret for 3 months and have lost 15 lbs, while gaining a lot of muscle definition. My cardio endurance and overall strength have also increased . I have gone down 2 pant sizes despite having a thyroid condition that makes losing fat very difficult. I would recommend Garret because he does a great job of learning your specific goals and helping to make a realistic plan for you to achieve them.

She does a great job of challenging you but is not intimidating at all. She is always punctual, friendly, and clearly cares about her work.
