I worked with Brian for over 2 years. He's incredibly dedicated to his craft and really cares about his clients. Every time I asked him a question he replied in depth and usually providing the rational behind the way he designed my training. I really liked this! On a personal level, he's caring, polite and sensitive to my needs. This was important for me as I have a disability in my feet that was quite limiting to certain movements. Brian intelligently modified my training to work around it. I've never felt better! I can't recommend him enough. He really does care!

Working with Nathan has allowed me to create structure and accountability around my workout regimen. As a busy father of three active kids the virtual training platform Nathan uses allows me the flexibility to schedule training around my ever changing list of commitments. Being a golfer I didn’t think training was very important to improving my game. However, after training with Nate I realized how vital it really was. Within weeks I was noticeably stronger, eventually adding 15 yards of distance and speed that I didn’t think was possible to my golf swing. Amanda approached me one day as she invited me to attend one of her boot camp sessions. There were no strings attached, she did not hassle me to attend, just asking to try it and see how I feel about it. Of course, my mind felt as though I really needed some change in my life, although my body wasnt havent it. It almost seemed as though my brain was playing mind games with me. I literally had one excuse of not going after another. After much thought, I did attend her boot camp session. BEST decision ever! Amanda is an awesome trainer! Focusing on each individuals physical capabilities. Gentle, but motivating you to push and take the next step. Her workout principles consist of stretching techniques, movement drills, and prevention of injuries. Amandas approach is to incorporate physical activity, conditioning that maintains performance, prevents injury and illness, and maintains a state of health and well-being within your life. Its with sadness I say this; she is no longer in Arizona, but Michigan you have gained an asset, an Awesome Physical Trainer that is!!!!
I grew up an athlete but let things go over the last 10 years, not keeping myself and my health a priority. Garret is very knowledgeable in the areas of weight training, endurance, and nutrition. I have been working with Garret for 3 months and have lost 15 lbs, while gaining a lot of muscle definition. My cardio endurance and overall strength have also increased . I have gone down 2 pant sizes despite having a thyroid condition that makes losing fat very difficult. I would recommend Garret because he does a great job of learning your specific goals and helping to make a realistic plan for you to achieve them.
