My family and I have had the abslute privelegde to work with Evon on several occasions. Her food, presentation, and professionalism is second to none. I would highly recomend her to anyone looking to cator a large party, or a small one. We used her to come to our house to make food for a holiday party for just 6 of us. It was awesome having a private chef that not only provided excellent food, but did all the prep, cooking and cleaning. It allowed us all to enjoy our party more. Thank you Evon!

We hired Chef Kee based on her diverse menu selection and pricing for a catering drop-off for 25 people. Chef Kee's patience and positive vibe made the ordering process easy. It was my first time having a home party catered and all her menu items sounded so delish, I just couldn't decide at first. She helped me through all that! A week before the event, we hired her as a personal chef for one evening for my son's birthday to "test the waters". Great experience overall! Chef Kee was on-time. The chicken and "green hulk" waffles were amazing! There were no leftovers for a party of 6 adults and 4 kids (7-12yr olds)! The stove and work area were clean. For the catering drop-off, the execution was a little off (based on my zero experience with caterers) where some time was spent assembling the appetizers at the house and the salad and garlic bread were forgotten. I expected "drop-off" to mean the food is already assembled, cooked, prepared and all the set-up needed is transferring them in the appropriate serving dishes/warmers. I overlooked these details as the food overall was delish!!! No doubt, Chef Kee can cater to even the pickiest of eaters!

I wanted to say hello and let you know that both my brother-in-law and I have read your book now. I loved it all: the writing style and the recipes and the information. He was impressed with the information (which says a lot since he's a chef who has been working in the health food field for some time now, and experimenting himself with cultured foods). And I wanted to tell you again how much I enjoyed the food you prepared for us at Mark's B&B this summer. What a feast, at every meal. Truly inspirational. I've been doing more cooking myself as a result, but I'm not approaching the complexity and deep flavors of your meals quite yet. It was great getting to know you and sampling your cooking! I never got the pleasure to taste any of Pj's amazing food. Why do I call it amazing then? Well if you've ever seen it, it's got to be some of the most beautifully displayed food that I've ever seen. I try to cook my own food but I tend to wrap myself more around the looks and diplay. Presentation also plays a huge role when it comes to being a chef. I want to be so moved by the presentation of food that I can practically taste it. And Pj does just that! Her work is beautifully created with her one-of-a-kind charm. She has a down to earth, old, artful soul that draws you in. Keep it up Love!

Chef Joy was exceptional in all areas of the experience! Her friendly demeanor, her delicious food, and her going the extra mile to make sure our surprise dinner was perfect, is so appreciated! She came very prepared, didn't mind chatting or working quietly, and left the kitchen in perfect shape when she was done.     I had Greg Wisinski make a cupcake cake for my bridal shower. It was absolutely delicious and so beautiful! The cupcakes were homemade rumchata flavor with an amazing frosting which was also homemade and rumchata flavored! He iced them perfectly and shaped them all into a beautiful wedding dress with bling! It was a huge hit at my shower. Everyone raved about how delicious and beautiful it was!! Working with him was so easy and hassle free. His imagination is awesome and so creative, my cake was more than I could have asked for! I would suggest him for any event or party!
