Kallie is the perfect coach! She helped me so much in loosing weight, getting more flexible and solve my back pain problems. She has very good knowledge of nutrition and her techniques are based on yoga and ayurveda which works amazing! I really recommend her to anybody. Connie has been a terrific coach. I've been working out with her consistently twice a week since June 2, 2017. She is completely reliable and punctual. Also always friendly and upbeat without being intrusive. She is supportive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to my physical status. She is eager to provide the specific type of training and any particular accommodations that I may need. In terms of the training itself, she has a huge repertoire and is always mixing it up to keep things fresh and keep my muscles working their hardest. Her knowledge is impressive. Michelle is amazing!! Working with Michelle over several months, I was able to lose 60lbs. When I first started I could barely do a push up but with Michelle's direction, I was flipping tractor tires in no time! She really gets to know you and helps you set realistic goals. Joshua is a wonderful fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I came to him a month ago after going through physical therapy and knowing that at 72 years of age I needed help. The first thing he did was evaluate how he could get me out of pain and build up my stamina. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to him and how I intend to continue with him till I reach all my goals and maybe even after that.

It Mueller Time Fitness/Mike Mueller is a great strength coach instructor. He worked with my shoulder injury so that I could still participate in classes. By attending class regularly I saw major improvement in my strength and weight loss.
Evan is an AMAZING Fitness Trainer. My case was a little bit unusual but here's how it went: I arrived for our first meeting with a body racked with stiffness and pain from a long term illness. The hip and spine issues made it difficult to move my body even for a simple sitting position. By the end of week one I was doing small moves in equally small sets. By the end of 8 weeks I was doing planks, lunges, dying bugs and weight bearing exercises by the full set. Evan is patient and persistent in working within your bounds but is willing to push you so that you do not get too comfortable. I'd highly recommend his services not only to give your body more flexibility and physical strength but also to help you learn at what level to push your limits and to appreciate that deep down improvement in your core health, which I suspect you'll experience soon after you begin your training.
