And for this, I owe it to one unique, extraordinary, intelligent, energized, determined, focused, young lady I have the privilege of calling my mentor, Amanda Fisher. Amanda approached me one day as she invited me to attend one of her boot camp sessions. There were no strings attached, she did not hassle me to attend, just asking to try it and see how I feel about it. Of course, my mind felt as though I really needed some change in my life, although my body wasn’t haven’t it. It almost seemed as though my brain was playing mind games with me. I literally had one excuse of not going after another. After much thought, I did attend her boot camp session. BEST decision ever! Amanda is an awesome trainer! Focusing on each individual’s physical capabilities. Gentle, but motivating you to push and take the next step. Her workout principles consist of stretching techniques, movement drills, and prevention of injuries. Amanda’s approach is to incorporate physical activity, conditioning that maintains performance, prevents injury and illness, and maintains a state of health and well-being within your life. It’s with sadness I say this; she is no longer in Arizona, but Michigan you have gained an asset, an Awesome Physical Trainer that is!!!!

Its hard to find a personal trainer, in my opinion, that makes you feel comfortable in such a potentially uncomfortable situation. However, Chalene did exactly that! I first started working with Karie in a personal training capacity about 2 years ago. I'll tell ya, it wasn't easy, but she has taught me what it really meant to push myself and that I could go a lot farther than I thought I could. She also provided me with nutrition recommendations and I learned a lot about clean eating and they are things that live in my life still to this day. I've worked with Karie in a group training session since then and she's still known as the trainer that will push you. She's also taught me to do a lot on my own and I'm now completely comfortable in the gym working out by myself all because of her. She'll stay very real with you though and knows you have a life to live outside of the time you spend in the gym and cooking healthy meals. If you want someone that only pushes you as much as you let them, thats not Karie. If you want someone that won't hold you accountable, thats not Karie. If you want someone that wants you to learn, grow and be a healthier you, that is Karie. I believe she really wants you to get the most out of the services she provides. I'd recommend her to anyone :)

I have had 2 foot surgeries and au calf surgery in the past 2.5 years and am still struggling with a lot of foot and calf pain during workouts. I went from 155lbs to 220lbs. I am now down to 200lbs, but I am stuck in a painful rut. I am dedicated and will work my butt off. I need help with working out and being able to stand the pain!

I recently gained a lot of weight quickly. The blood test that have been run show hypo thyroid. In any case I cannot fit into ANY OF MY CLOTHES. I'm waiting for my endocrine appt. the beginning of may. Ahhhhh. I can't sit around waiting for my appt. to do something about my weight.
