I have been a Hurricane Fitness personal training client for about 6 weeks and am thrilled with my workout sessions and results. Caitlin is flexible with my schedule, always on time and ready to go to work! The workout sessions are varied so I am always challenged with consistent focus on core, overall strength building, toning and calorie burn. I've lost 12 pounds, 6 inches and my energy level is greatly improved. Caitlin provides additional "homework" session details and motivational messages via text in between sessions to keep me on track. I highly recommend Hurricane Fitness to anyone who, like me, needs that extra push to get and stay in shape!

Nelly not only helped me with weight loss and getting toned, but she helped me gain knowledge about my body and working out. Nelly is well-educated not only in creating fun and personal workouts but in the physiology of what your workouts do for your body. She cares about her clients and she listens to their needs whether it is to lose a couple pounds for a wedding or get that beach body for spring break. She is motivating and loves what she does. This radiates from her and gets passed along to her clients. I moved from Grand Rapids to Phoenix and I still ask her to send me workouts via email because I do not want to experience another personal trainer. I recommend Nelly to anyone who wants to become more fit, gain more knowledge about their body, and meet an awesome person!

I've known Karie for several years now and I can't say enough nice things about her. I had Karie for a personal trainer for several months and she was absolutely one of the best trainers I've ever had. She helped me get fit and back in shape. I've had a few seasons with Autrey and so far I am loving it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I am the type of person who needs an extra push while working out and he is a great motivator. We have yet to repeat any 1 exercise, and with all of the different equipment in the studio - I know that training will never be boring. I plan to keep training with Autrey and will commit to a healthier diet as well. I am confident that with those elements combined, I can achieve my fitness goals.

I tried to use a trainer before but they were too hard core and didn't really listen to my concerns or questions. Frank is great at explaining the "why" with the "how", pushing me when I need it and and changing things up so I can continually make progress on my fitness and health goals.

    I have had 2 foot surgeries and au calf surgery in the past 2.5 years and am still struggling with a lot of foot and calf pain during workouts. I went from 155lbs to 220lbs. I am now down to 200lbs, but I am stuck in a painful rut. I am dedicated and will work my butt off. I need help with working out and being able to stand the pain!

    I recently gained a lot of weight quickly. The blood test that have been run show hypo thyroid. In any case I cannot fit into ANY OF MY CLOTHES. I'm waiting for my endocrine appt. the beginning of may. Ahhhhh. I can't sit around waiting for my appt. to do something about my weight.
