We are extremely happy with the service we received from National Dusters, on the customer service end with Terrie and getting the cleaning scheduled and with Gumaro who did an excellent job cleaning our carpet! Terrie was very responsive and flexible in scheduling around our schedules and both Gumaro and Terrie were professional. Working with the Dynamic Duo has been an incredible experience. I moved four months ago and was having a very hard time getting unpacked and settled due to a busy job, being ill, and feeling generally stressed. Things seemed to be getting worse every day as I was living among and out of boxes. I was becoming even more stressed, overwhelmed, and tired. I could feel the depression that I have dealt with for years was gaining on me, and was making my lack of motivation even worse. I felt like I was in a viscous cycle of knowing I needed to get a handle on my new place, but feeling too depressed and tired to do it. Brandon and his nephew are a must hire if you are planing on moving. They were both very professional and organized which made the whole moving experience a pleasant one. Rebecca was amazing! I asked her to help me organize my small bedroom closet and two chests of drawers to use the space the best way so I would have access to the clothes I need each season. She was very professional, asked what my needs were, and even offered to help me shop for organization containers that would be perfect for my bedroom. Tina has some serious talent! I can tell the moment I walk in to a space that she has cleaned that it is fresh and clean. She works with natural products if you request. She will cycle through the big deep cleaning items like light fixtures and baseboards so that each time a different big thing gets done. She is professional and always on time.
