Jonathan has a unique gift of seeing people and really listening to your story. We all have a story, how we got to the point of looking for help, and what is, and is not, within your reach. While Jonathan can see more potential in you than maybe you can, he shows up meeting you where you are at. He is geniunely interested in who you are, and takes time to get to know how you tick. The first question he asked me when we met before I hired him was "who are you?" and geniuinely wanted to know (and we talked for a hour). You just can't easily find that. I'm a crossfit flunkie, have an injury, am about 100 lbs overweight, and if I wanted some canned training package I'd just go to the gym down the street. I need somebody uniquely capable, well credentialed, and experienced. I need somebody who totally gets that my mental blocks are just as important to see and address as physical limitations. Jonathan sees you, the whole, real you and works with it all. That is why I hired him.
I have know Chad for years and can say that he is very knowledgeable about anything fitness, proper diet and weight training. I myself have been a weight lifter and downhill skier for 35 years and have trained with Chad for at least the last seven years. Chad is very engaging and makes your work out actually enjoyable especially when you see that he is training right along side with you. This way you can see how the exercise is done with proper form and that results will happen absolutely...as long as you stick to the program. :) Also, he is the sweetest guys I know!!!
I love wed and Sunday bootcamps. She kicks my butt but it is well worth the time and the price. I have a lot of fun with the boot camps groups everyone so friendly.
I have known MJ over 8 years. I have taken her spin, yoga and bootcamp classes. When I started I couldn't run 1/2 mile. Next month I will run a 50k. When I started I didn't last long on a trampoline now I have movie stunt credits. I'm not saying she will turn you into a stunt person but she will get you to a better place.
Having Joe for a personal trainer was what I needed in order to get to meet my goal. I had tried training on my own but it wasn't working and I was not getting the results that I was hoping for. First, out of all the trainers I looked into, Joe was the only one who was knowledgable about diastasis recti. My doctor at the time told me there were two ways to fix it: surgery or training. Joe trained me into fixing my condition without the need of surgery. I am forever grateful to him for this. It took about 6 months to close my gap. We worked on a diet that was realistic. His approach is very easy and simple. If you follow it, stick to it and continue to do it, you can't fail. You just can't! What I really enjoyed about training with Joe was the one on one training with him. He was able to teach me how to use the equipments correctly and do the workout routines correctly. That meant with correct form, you are able to get maximum results during your time at the gym. He really pushed you to do your best and to give your all. Joe is a very positive person. He strives for you to do your best. My hour with him, always went by very quick! He's professional and reliable. He cares about his clients. I never felt like he was watching the clock or he didn't want to be there during our training sessions. He truly loves helping people get into shape and being healthy. I was able to get my prebaby body back before I had my baby. My husband was very skeptical about getting a personal trainer at first but he's very happy with the results. He husband appreciates Joe for helping me achieve my goal and getting my body back to what it was. Whatever goal you are trying to obtain, Joe will help you succeed. He isn't there to see you fail but to see you go above and beyond your goal(s).
Juliané is a superstar online trainor who not only gets you working for your outside bode but also your inside healthy self! She is constantly in touch and keeps you accountable for each of your weekly goals. Your start goals are quickly turned into reality as you see results right away on her program. Juliané has helped me rid a 'ton' of extra pounds and getting into the best shape of my life. I am now looking to run a 10KM race this spring, which a year ago I never would have believed to be possible. I have gained much confidence with her training and I look forward to the next year and challenging myself with her guidance. Juliané always goes above and beyond and making sure that my goals are being met the ''healthy'' way. I could not ask for a better trainor!

Easily one of the most positive and encouraging trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! The thing about fitness, yes you can do it all by yourself, but you will eventually plateau and find yourself doing the same thing again and again...and working with a trainer helps break that cycle! I LOVE her energy, and her ability to make me do everything I would likely never do on my own! In the short time I have worked with her, I have made some serious booty GAINZ (yah!!!) and look forward to each session since she changes it up constantly and I'm never quite sure what she's got up her sleeve! I've worked with about 7 trainers so far, and I have to say the energy and positivity she's got is quite motivating. I always do far far more than I thought was capable of in one hour! If I had the budget, I would train with her far more than a measly once a week! She also does bootcamps and I HATE to wake up at 4:45am...but somehow find myself getting up at that time VERY CONSISTENTLY no matter how little sleep I've gotten since I want to hit her 5:30 Bootcamp! Yep...she's pretty darn awesome and despite my free for all diet intake, I have seen some nice muscle development and serious booty gains! I'm a fan and definitely enjoy the services she provides~

I attended Hillary's BootCamp, 3 days a week for several years....till she moved to another state! Hillary would change things up on us to keep our workouts interesting and fun! Very good at focusing on different parts of the body on different days of the week! She is a great motivator and would constantly challenge our group to be better and stronger! She brings positive energy with her to the workouts.....she is very much missed in CA!!
I have been with Healthy Training for over 2 years now. I have participated in nutrition programs, small group classes such as bootcamps or zumba, and personal 1 on 1 training. Ellie and all of the trainers have been excellent to work with and importantly take the time to understand what YOUR goals are. The place is small and personal enough that you always get individual attention even in group activities, and the trainers are friendly and know their stuff. They make sure you are working out hard but safely. Personal training and group class rates are extremely competitive compared to the marketplace. You aren't paying for the overhead of a smoothie bar or sauna. Just a very focused, high value place to better your health, strength, and conditioning. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Victor for about 2 years now. When I started I was new to going to the gym. I was uncomfortable, over weight and out of shape. Victor saw me and wanted to encourage me to keep me coming back. He helped me modify the exercises and made sure I was using the proper form. I can happily say I have lost over 100 pounds. I have gained strength, confidence and regained my self respect. I have grown to care for all the members of our bootcamp family. With Victor leading the charge with encourgement, support and a little kick when I need it.
