I really learned a whole lot of knowledge from Tony for years to come about my furnace. He was so smart about everything, very knowledgeable for as young as he was, and a very nice guy, I would love to keep him for my guy every time, and he\n Did heating repair? 3625, how much did you pay? This was what services did you get hating? Okay, well, let me go on to the next thing. It won't let me go on to the next thing"

I reached out to them in the evening hours and they were able to come out the next day in the morning. Cleaned out the floor drain in the basement that was clogged and spouting out water when the running dish washer and sink in the kitchen. Problem seems to be fixed. 👍🏾

I had the most wonderful experience with Chris and Dependable Drain. I did not have an emergency need, but I needed a new toilet installed. The contact and follow-up from them was quick and thorough, and their prices are outstanding. I received a call the day of my appointment saying they were running behind at another job, and it would be later than originally quoted. Because my job was not an emergency, I told them that it was fine to reschedule, but he did show up the same day, after hours, and did a fantastic job. Left the area clean, took his time to do a great job and to make sure I was satisfied with the work, was very friendly and professional. I would, and will, highly recommend Dependable Drain to anyone needing plumbing needs.

Noah was great. Very kind, communicative and patient (I had *a lot* of questions as I was sort of thrust into home ownership due to an aging parent that allowed much of this 100 year old house fall into disrepair). He immediately scheduled a service call for a house full of backed up old pipes and drains. Thought it may have been root growth or a main drain issue but he diagnosed us with “old galvanized pipes that probably need a good deep cleaning until you can replace them”. So he managed to clear what he could and got things flowing. Pointed out a few smaller issues that didn’t need immediate repair just to be aware of as I demo & reno. Will be calling on him again for future help installing some kitchen and laundry appliances in the near future!

James contacted me right away, and trhe day we first talked, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of his day. I was thrilled as we were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and I had not had a main floor toilet for 3 months or a bath tub drain. He was prompt, uinderstood my "little knowledge" of what might be needed and what parts to bring with. He installed a bath drain and new pipe as well as hooked up our toilet. The service was efficient and his pricing was fair. He gave a range over the phone and his price fell with in that. I did like that he offered several pieces of advice about how to clean and maintain good plumbing in our 1950's house. I look forward to having him do more work in our kitchen in the spring. I would recommend him with any plumbing project.
