I come to your home and fix it there. No dropping your computer at a shop for a week, and no stranger in another state taking remote control of your machine. What I do most: new PC and Mac setup with everything moved over from the old computer; slow computers cleaned up and made fast again; virus and malware removal; virus and remote-access cleanup after a fake Microsoft or Apple support call; Wi-Fi, router and mesh setup and dead-zone fixes; printer setup that actually connects and stays connected; email and Microsoft 365 accounts; simple upgrades like SSD and RAM; and full home office setups with monitors, docks and peripherals. -- To be straight with you: I am not a repair shop. I do not do cracked screens, board-level repair, or data recovery from a failed drive. If that is what you need I will tell you honestly on the first message instead of charging you to find out. -- ABOUT REMOTE HELP: I do work remotely, but only when your computer still starts Windows or macOS and can get online. If your machine will not boot, shows a boot error, or is stuck on a blue screen, no remote tool on earth can connect to it, so that job has to be hands-on and I would need to be there in person.
