I had been into fitness for a long time, but was looking for a challenge and someone who could really help me with my specific goals. I had also been in a bad car accident that affected my form and balance and I was really excited with the fact that John focused on those issues prior to just jumping into a workout. He took the time to get to know my pain points and where I wanted to improve my health and fitness. I saw so much progress even in the first few weeks! And I loved the variety of the program John put together for me. He kept the workouts fun and exciting, yet still challenged me. Though I had to take a break from our sessions for the time being, he would be the first person I'd call to start up personal training again.
I have been working with Bennett for about 2 months now and am very happy I contacted him. I am pretty new to fitness and have never been a regular gym goer. I always had some excuse in the past, but I became tired of not having the energy to keep up with my kids. Bennett has helped me with my mindset, confidence and persistence in working toward my fitness goals. I was a bit nervous to contact a personal trainer since I’ve never really gone to the gym with any regularity and didn’t know what to expect (plus Jillian Michaels and trainers like her scare me), but Bennett has been the very opposite of those stereotypical personal trainers. For one, he is an excellent listener and wants to know your goals and your body’s trouble areas. He is careful not to push too hard and is very keen on safety. Most importantly, he does things the right way, with the whole picture of fitness and diet and proper form and safety. He will meet you at whatever stage you are at and work with you to increase your health and fitness. One of his favorite expressions is “For now,” as in “Bennett, I am having a hard time doing this exercise.” “For now,” he’ll say, pointing me toward a fitter future. I see a lot of the reviews are from people who have been working with Bennett for 4+ years, so as a newbie I am speaking to people just now considering (or who have hesitated to consider for whatever reason) working with a personal trainer. Bennett is an excellent person to get you on your way.
I have only been working with Juliane for a short amount of time, but in that time period she has already helped me transform and change my body! He very good at keeping you focused on the lifts and is very into the lifts. He also is a fun trainer and is very like able.
I have been training with Dane for 8 months now. I can say, he is the most committed and experienced trainers around. I train with him 3x a week. He makes every session challenging, upbeat , and filled with new exercises. Through his amazing approach he focuses on helping me achieve my goals. I have noticed my fitness level and strength has increased and have seen many improvements both mentally and physically. He teaches technique before each exercise is introduced, helping my form along the way, and cheers you on as I go through my routine. He is reliable, punctual, and has a prepared plan prior to every time we meet. I look forward to our sessions, and even have Dane train our teenage son 2x a week for strength training. He is a wealth of information, stellar motivator, and a blast to train with at any age. With Dane you see results, receive encouragement, and stay focused to reach your goals.
Jordan is fantastic! I've done the semi-private option with him for long enough to know he's better than other trainers I've worked with. He comes ready with updated plans for each session. I've gotten to know quite a few other people by doing it this way - there's good vibes in the groups, it's definitely a plus.

Randall is a very knowledgeable and effective personal trainer. He helped me reach my fitness goals and taught me useful diet and exercise information that I still use today. His rates are reasonable and his hours are flexible. I would recommend him to anyone whether they are an athlete trying to break their fitness plateau or a beginner just starting a fitness program.

John Mumm was the first trainer that I have ever had, and I have to say, he was excellent. From the workouts, to supplements and nutrition, everything was planned out step by step by him. He provided an intense regimen, and never let me quit. While being hard on me, he was fair, and did not make me do anything that would be detrimental to my health. I highly recommend john to anyone wanting to change their life for the better.
