Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. Pick her as your trainer. DO IT!
I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.
Hi! We hired incorporate yoga for a corporate event. The teacher was great. Very professional and the people ended up leaving refreshed. We are thinking of adding yoga and meditation as a regular offering. They also do tai chi classes as well. I would highly recommend incorporate yoga and the wonderful experience they provide.
I took an all levels Hatha yoga class from Martha at the Maplewood Community Center. The class was well structured, and her delivery was superb. Her presence, smooth voice, and steady positive energy helped maintain the cohesiveness throughout the class. Her class helped me to relieve some personal stress I was in the midst of and the timing couldn't have been better.
I took prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and barre with Mary at different times. She is an amazing instructor! She incorporates essential oils, and does posture corrections. I feel like a different person when I walk out of her classes. She is an amazing light!

Amber Marie Heigl (Marigold) began her yoga journey in 2007 after a year of rigorously studying dance, music, and performance education at California Pacific College of the Performing Arts. After completing the program, she received a music certificate in the performing arts and returned home to Minnesota. Not sure where to exactly go next, she enrolled in Minneapolis Community and Technical College to continue her studies. There she enrolled in a hatha yoga class and from then on, her yoga path began. From studying dance most of her life, yoga was an innate practice for her. Marigold continued to practice on her own and attend classes at various studios after the course at MCTC. In 2011, she began studying more intensely while being involved in the Karma Yoga program at Svasti Yoga. There, she studied classical Indian yoga and Reiki under Laurie Endris. In January of 2015, Marigold Amber traveled to Nashik, India, and completed the Yoga Pravesh course. She also received her diploma in yoga education. Marigold teaches a combination of classical Indian yoga, meditation, aatha, and ashtanga yoga. She can also offer therapies, such as sound and Reiki healing.

These are the essentials about me: As a teacher, I help bring awareness to those areas of the body that are unconscious to each person. I give technical points as to how this body machine of ours works, but more importantly, I truly care about the human beings who have honored me by letting me into their lives. I get excited when they discover a breakthrough in their mind/body work. I see the perfect pose in everyone, yet I do not care at all about perfecting poses. The pose is a direction, a form that one's body moves toward. Your body is somewhere in that form it is not a form imposed on your body. That is why everybody can do my yoga. I gently guide and encourage you to move in a direction of opening your body and making it strong, so that it can open. This is a joyous process for me and the students. Trying to define my style in yoga is like trying to define me I will leave it to my students to describe their experience in my classes and retreats. I have taught yoga in the Twin Cities for over 30 years. I began studying hatha yoga and meditation 35 years ago when I was writing my master's thesis in philosophy. Disciples of Swami Rama and the Himalayan Institute constituted the yoga community in my area at that time. The focus was on breathing, meditation and a gentle soft style of hatha yoga. I studied exclusively with these people for seven years. When I realized I loved yoga and it was my purpose in life to be a yoga teacher, I began traveling around the world to take teacher training programs.
Julia has 10 years of experience and practice with yoga. Her teaching style is intuitively inspired by the students needs, ranging from a strong vinyasa flow to slow, therapeutic structural work. She teaches with a playful spirit, encouraging students to find balance between challenge and a joyful exploration of practice. Her hope is to support students and teachers along this magical path of self-discovery, ecstatic awakening, and deep connection to sat guru, the true teacher within, through the beautiful teachings of yoga, with the hope of each student finding a more heightened awareness of their most true, divine nature.
