I purchased a move-out/move-in cleaning to prepare a one bedroom one bathroom condo unit I own for a tenant who was moving in a few days after the cleaning. Scheduling was great. I wasn't available at the start of the appointment time, but was given the option to provide a key so that the cleaning could get started before I arrived. Both Diane and Linnea were courteous and the process went smoothly. Overall, the unit was cleaned well: cabinets, empty refrigerator, microwave, floors, windows, etc. The shower and sliding glass shower door really needed work due to hard water buildup over several years. It was done very well, especially with the time allotted. A few areas for improvement: I was disappointed the ceiling fan wasn’t dusted although listed for the move-in/move-out service. Although the shower was done well, the shower head was not cleaned. A few edges of the kitchen floor were missed (visible dirt). The windows were cleaned well, but several inches of visible dust/dirt along the edges of the screens show that they were wiped very quickly and not thoroughly. The small 2x6 floor of the utility closet was also skipped. All of these items combined would have taken only a little extra attentiveness and approximately an extra 15 minutes. Again, the communication and customer service were really good, leaving the key for scheduling was great, and all-in-all the cleaning was done well. I wasn’t available for a post-clean walk-through, and if I had been, I’m certain the areas of improvement I listed would have been remedied at no additional cost. After the cleaning, the condo was in good enough condition for the new tenant to move-in, and I like to think that I’m a reasonable person, so I’m leaving 4 of 5 stars.

Melanie is truly very good at organizing. She doesnt take shortcuts and pretty much works independently. My closet is very organized now. I was expecting more work done for the time it took but was happy with what I got.

Kel did several projects around our home including electrical work, rehanging closet doors, and re-engineering a tricky down spout. I contacted Kane's on somewhat short notice for a window cleaning project prior to our sons HS graduation party. I received a quick response, and a quick visit for an accurate estimate. We have older double pane windows, so it was quite a job, but Kane's was up to it in every way. The windows were beautifully done, and in addition, he power washed some dirty appearing gutters, repaired a few spots where I had gutter leaks, and even blew all of the gutters out for me. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional he was. Such a rarity in today's world of service providers. We will definitely be inviting him back for further projects. Please consider him, you won't be disappointed.

Rebecca was amazing! I asked her to help me organize my small bedroom closet and two chests of drawers to use the space the best way so I would have access to the clothes I need each season. She was very professional, asked what my needs were, and even offered to help me shop for organization containers that would be perfect for my bedroom. I left the bedroom to her, and In a matter of 3 short hours, I came home to a stunning closet; so clean, every piece neatly folded, the clothes were even color coordinated! In helping me reorganize and de-clutter my bedroom and closet, Melissa helped me redefine my space from a place to sleep and store clothes to place where I can truly relax and feel at peace. I've worked with Marissa twice in the past month. I bought her "rethink your closet" package from the website and loved the experience. We spent 4 hours at my house because I had a problem with buying stuff and then never wearing it. We then booked a session at the Mall of America and shopped for the pieces that I needed to fill the gaps in my wardrobe. I was a bit hesitant to invest in my closet but I have zero regrets. Marissa is absolutely lovely and she really gave the tools to create looks on my own. I'm considering using her again for an upcoming vacation I have booked and she gave me multiple options for finding outfits. I hired Sandie at Organize It MN to help me unravel the mess that was my master closet. It's a good sized space but in complete shambles. By the time we were done it was absolutely beautiful. In fact, I brought my friends into my closet and we drank a glass of champagne to celebrate the beautiful space. Not only did Sandie help me clear out the clutter and organize, but she worked with me on practical solutions that I knew I would be able to maintain and use. She talked me through how I like to use the space, what works for me, what doesn't and how I would maintain it going forward. I'm happy to report that 5 months later it is still clean, organized and beautiful. And it still makes me happy every time I walk in. Sandie also inspired me to clean out and organize some of my kitchen cupboards as well. The best part is not doing this stuff alone.
