We hired Holly to assist with planning a corporate party this summer. Her primary function was to find vendors (food trucks, beer trailer, tents/tables/chairs, etc.) for us and coordinate the contracts with each vendor. She had slightly less than one month to do this and quickly moved into action to find and present vendors to us, and then securing those that were selected. She also was here on the day of our event to orchestrate everything so it ran smoothly. We had a very successful event and highly recommend Holly for your event planning needs.

Jaime did an amazing job of helping me plan my destination wedding. I tried to do it on my own, but after 4 days of searching for the right venue, I was feeling overwhelmed. I hired Jaime as my wedding coordinator and she was able to provide several options within hours of my initial contact with her. She respected my budget and only offered services in my financial range. She was available every time I contacted her with a question, concern, or idea. She created a Pinterest board exclusively for my wedding, which allowed me to see ideas that fit with my desires. I'm a Type B personality and just don't enjoy the overwhelming amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. Jaime took on the challenges of my destination wedding with zeal. She doesn't treat event planning like a job; she takes the time to make people feel like their event is the most important thing she's ever done. I highly recommend Jaime for any event planning. I will definitely hire her again!
My sons part was an absolute success ! Rida did an amazing job with the entire party , the atmosphere was breath taking & the desert samples we tried were delectable ! I will be using her expertise for every event I'd like planned ! Thank you again Rida for the outstanding work !
Chic Party Chick did an awesome job throwing the Paint with Santa event! Everything was perfect! From the moment you walked in the door, to the very end when you left. The attention to detail of the props, to her photography skills, to interactions with everyone! I will most definitely go to another event hosted by Tiffany!
Maddie and Ask for the Moon Events provided Day-of Coordinator services for our wedding. We had an introductory appointment where we sketched out our preliminary plans and details, a month-out appointment where we created a detailed timeline, Maddie ran our rehearsal, and she and her assistant were with us for the whole wedding day. Maddie Hughes helped my fiancé and me feel completely at ease during our wedding day because she took the worry out of our hands. We had taken care of most of the planning, but she helped us put together a detailed timeline that made sure that the day went by smoothly without extra stress for us or our family/friends. It made it so easy to just enjoy the day. Maddie and her assistant were punctual, very well organized, and they made everything feel as easy-going as possible. They coordinated with all our vendors, handled venue setup (wow!), kept us on schedule while allowing it to seem flawless and effortless for our guests, and really made sure our day was just as we had hoped. We would recommend Ask for the Moon Events without hesitation to anyone planning an event.

We hired Erin to be our wedding coordinator for the weekend of our daughters wedding. (August 29 & 30, 2014) My daughter and I met with Erin a few weeks before the wedding to talk about logistics and to discuss the timeline of the Friday and Saturday of the wedding. We found her to be very helpful in focusing on the details and putting a timeline together that worked for us. She is excellent about remembering details and quietly running the event. She made sure that transportation of guests, floral arrangements, changes in table settings and a multitude of other things were taken care of so we could concentrate on the wedding itself. She was extremely helpful at the end of the evening, making sure that gifts were secure and that all guests were headed home safely, while staying to clean up anything left behind. She is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about how to organize for the best possible outcome for the day. She is calm and practiced at handling last minute problems. I highly recommend her services!

If you’re looking for one of THE best wedding planners around, you absolutely need to get in touch with Anjali. Make no mistake, she is the best. We did our homework, interviewed several planners nearly a year before our wedding, interviewed references and nobody even came close to connecting with us and what we wanted on a more personal and professional level as she did. It’s been a little more than six months since our wedding and we continue to receive comment after comment on how beautifully put together our wedding was. It was a true experience and we owe that all to Anjali! Anjali is an extremely intelligent woman who is very thoughtful in her planning. She blends intellect with years of success, a positive attitude, top-of-the-line team of vendors, takes extreme pride in her work and above all else, she honestly cares about you. She’ll take care of you, she’ll go to battle for you, she’ll solve a ton of problems for you and she will always balance your particular quality/price equation. I think we had to most amazing wedding imaginable. Filled with surprises and EVERY part of the ceremony and reception was much better than I actually imagined. How often does that happen…you get more and better than you expected?? She is respected by anybody who is anyone and despite what I clearly saw as a very close and comfortable working relationship with these vendors, she never once let anything slip. She nailed the business end of the wedding planning, budgeting, negotiating and she completely took care of us every step of the way. There are few things more important than your wedding day. I wanted assurances and piece-of-mind that everything would go perfectly despite any problems that may naturally arise. Anjali is the best out there. I’m so impressed with what she accomplished and how she accomplished it and we consider it a total blessing to have had her as our Wedding Planner!
Samantha has planned many events that I have attended. From baby showers to gender reveals to all kinds of holiday gatherings. Her great artistic skill, and effort to pay attention to the smallest detail is what makes her the best around. She will gather everything you thought and then add the fire to the candle!
