Had a laundry list of electrical projects ranging from swapping out a regular switch for a dimmer switch all the way to installing new can lights and running a dedicated outlet for a space heater. All around it was an A+ experience. Polite, courteous, on time, and clean. It wasn’t cheap, but I’ve come to the conclusion that you get what you pay for, and with Finch it was worth the extra $$ to have it done correctly and neatly without any trail of mess left behind. He was always very kind and talked to us every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied with what we wanted. Summary of the work done: we needed new flooring for our downstairs bathroom due to water getting into the vinyl planks from the last people who installed the floors incorrectly. There were some chipping of paints and damaging of the walls in that same bathroom that were able to be patched up and repainted. He had to also take out the toilet and vanity and reinstalled that as well. Our upstairs bathroom, we noticed that the last people did not paint behind the toilet or behind the original mirror so we asked him to paint that area as well. He had to go to the store to color match for two colors that we didn’t have for the bathrooms. He also hung our new mirror up. We also had an office area that had some damaged painted areas from my husband’s old wall panels that were able to be corrected."See more

I called A&B Heating to repair an older central air unit that had run perfectly until now. He listened as I explained what had happened to the unit. After a little bit of trouble shooting he had it running in about 30 min. He was never about replacing the unit if the repair was cost effective. I have used several well known HVAC companies over the years. This is the first time that I felt that a company was here to honestly do the best possible job for me at a reasonable cost. He also gave me some helpful information on continuing care for my HVAC system. I am so relieved to have found this company. I will no longer feel apprehensive about calling someone for maintenance and repairs.

Justin was great! My AC went out the other day, and other larger HVAC companies couldn’t come out until early next week. Contacted Justin, he responded quickly, was out the next day- I appreciated that he was able to come in the evening to work around my work schedule. He found the issue quickly, replaced a part, and continued to check things out to make sure the whole system was working as intended. I appreciated the little things he also did- cleaned the AC unit, replaced a damaged wire, and organized the wiring at my furnace. Thank you, Justin!!! This guy is amazing. I had a problem that needed a simple fix - he was the only one to respond with questions rather than quotes of base prices. Then he offered to swing by right away, on a weekend, assuring me it was a 5 min or less, very simple fix. He was right, my AC was up and running, and he didn’t even want to be paid for it because the fix was so simple to him (my dog chewed through a wire he replaced). The honesty and kindness, professionalism, was shocking. I paid anyways as a thank you for being so human-focused and friendly honesty, rather than his competitors that take make homeowners feel like they’re taken advantage of at every opportunity. If I ever have anything HVAC/electrical related, this is the guy I’m calling first - highly recommend you give him a shot at helping!
