I've taken a number of yoga classes with various instructors throughout the years. After a two year hiatus I decided to start practicing yoga again. I've attended two of Martha's classes so far and have enjoyed them a lot. It's been great to be in a group setting with an instructor that pays attention to their students' needs and changes the class accordingly. Martha also has a calm voice and helps demonstrate some of the harder poses. I've enjoyed being challenged in my yoga practice!
I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.
It was great working with Karen the yoga instructor who made working out fun and tailored it to what ur level is. She was always on time and ready to get to work. The BA fitness was willing to work with my budget.
My experiences at Synergize Yoga in Anoka, MN have been remarkable! The studio is warm and inviting and the yoga instructors show a great love and enthusiasm through sharing their practice with the students. I have been very fortunate to begin my practice here. In addition to being an exceptional yoga instructor, Kamie Slegers-Nicholls has helped me immensely through our monthly Ayurvedic consultations. Her attention to personal detail and her focus on the whole person, rather than merely symptoms, has truly made a positive impact on my well being. As a sufferer of chronic pain, anxiety, and depression, the combination of Ayurvedic medicine and yoga practice has been an integral part of my healing process. It is hard to describe how much I appreciate what Jenna gave me during the yoga classes in Tuscany this summer. I had met many inspiring yoga teachers but this was the first time I felt someone has such a gift for transmitting self-love and helping you find peace with yourself as well. And all this in addition to the dynamic and energetic vinyasa flows tailored to the needs of those attending the class, and crowned with her unique and excellent choice of music for yoga... I was/am going through some difficult moments in my life, so I can say without exaggeration that she gave me something I can hold on to and that keeps me going.. since then I practice yoga daily and am also considering becoming a yoga teacher one day...Namaste
I took Alex's C1 class at Core Power Minnetonka one evening after teaching a yoga class myself and thoroughly enjoyed it! She provided excellent cues and gave wonderful hands on adjustments. Alex is passionate about providing her students with a positive experience by providing a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn and grow in their yoga practices.
Jen has become one of my favorite yoga instructors! She helps make a "judgment-free" class for all attending a session. I may not be the most-advanced yogi, or smallest person in the class, but I always free welcome and comfortable. I really like how she takes the time at the beginning and end of each class to help us find our breath and still our minds, which is so important to a good practice. Personally, I like how she gives you time to flow through a series at your own pace and breath. I just close my eyes and lose myself in the poses... Oh, and I should not forget to mention her awesome playlists and scalp massages!!! All this explains why I have to sign-in almost 2-months in advance to secure an open spot in her classes.
My class with Nicole at NALA was the ideal setting for me. I was able to get the instruction and support I needed to enrich my yoga practice that I was not able to find in larger classes. I am inspired to continue to develop my yoga practice with these classes!
I was looking for a yoga instructor to help me learn poses as I want to attend a Bikram class (for the first time) in the next couple of weeks. Josh is an excellent instructor. He is thorough and patient and provides guidance and instruction in a positive and calming manner. Not only did Josh, go through all of the poses, he also came to my work place to do so, so it was convenient for me. Josh also offered to go with me to my first class so that I would have a familiar face and make the experience of a Bikram class a fun one. Looking forward to the first Bikram class and other yoga lessons/instruction with Josh. Thanks Josh!!!
So excited for ongoing weekly yoga classes with Doris! She offered the first lesson free and it was AMAZING. Her routine struck a great balance between strength and stretching, with a wonderful guided meditation at the end. Doris arrived right on time, complete with an essential oil diffuser, customized playlist, and fun personality! I whole-heartedly recommend Yoga for Everyone (but not on Wednesday evenings; she's mine then!!).
I have been taking yoga classes from Janet Berryhill for over 10 years. Janet is an excellent instructor who provides a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for her students and supports each person's specific goals and needs. Janet's classes provide a balance of familiar poses with new and fresh ideas so everyone feels comfortable and never bored. I look forward to coming each week to learn, challenge myself and to share a laugh or two with Janet and my fellow yoga students!
I took prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and barre with Mary at different times. She is an amazing instructor! She incorporates essential oils, and does posture corrections. I feel like a different person when I walk out of her classes. She is an amazing light!
Paris is a great instructor. I tried yoga for the first time last weekend with Paris as she taught her Intro class and she made me feel very welcomed and like I was an avid yoga member. I can not wait to attend her class for the 2nd time this weekend!!!

As a yoga beginner, I appreciated the wonderful job Blair did at teaching the different yoga poses, explaining proper form, and helping me adjust as needed. She also offered both remedial and advanced poses to meet the individual needs of the group! Blair is extremely patient and calming while at the same time encouraging each participant to challenge themselves! I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.
