Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. Pick her as your trainer. DO IT!

Jessica is an amazing trainer. When I began training with Jess almost 3 years ago I was a year out from having twins. I learned early on from Jess that that inches come off faster than the pounds. After 4 months I was down 10lbs and that didn't seem like a lot but I lost 27inches and went from a size 12 to a size 6. With monthly measurements you can see and feel that you are achieving a goal and that building muscle does not mean bulking up if done right! As time progressed and I built more muscle, literally one day the pounds just flew off (20+ lbs lost). I stated when we met that I would never be able to do a sit up. I have since blown that out of the water and run numerous 5k's, 10k's, and 3 half marathons! The last being Big Sur, my dream! I also had a very high and erratic heart rate. After 3 years my heart rate has improved and is 30-40 beats lower while running. I now understand the need for a personal trainer. She pushes me beyond what I would make myself do. However, Jess will also listen as I have chronic IT Band issues. She understands when I say that I need to back down on something (as I never back down). Jess is an amazing trainer who will teach you new things about yourself and introduce you to new workouts you may not think of (TRX, Yoga, Boxing, how to use paper plates in a workout if you don't have equipment). She is truly amazing and most importantly we work as a team to achieve goals together! It speaks volumes that now my mother has come to understand why I use a trainer. My mother has now taken up strength training and yoga with Jess at the age of 62!

This is such a wonderful company!!! To come into our business, and incorporate yoga into our day has brought the staff closer, decreased stress, and health benefits too!! The owner is very kind and the yoga teacher is wonderful!

    Martha stopped by a friend's house for a private session on the deck. Our group was small, only three girls, but we were very happy she could accommodate us! I have never tried yoga before and wasn't sure what to expect, but ended up enjoying myself very much Martha put my "beginner" self at ease. I felt great afterwards and thought it was nice that Martha offered up resources to check out regarding some of the incense she burnt.

    I have attended Mary's restorative yoga class for several weeks. Her class has been great for me to learn the benefits of this type of yoga. She has been an awesome and supportive instructor that is all inclusive. I would reccomend Mary and all of her classes to anyone! Kara- Crysal, MN

    I would highly recommend Kristie for personal yoga instruction. I was nervous about getting back into yoga after a while and with a weird foot injury, but she was extremely patient and understanding. She started out asking about any injuries and made sure to point out the poses where I may want to adjust due to my foot. She was also great about giving a couple of different options when I felt like things were too hard or too easy, and she made hands on corrections without pushing me too far. She will definitely be able to adjust her flows to your needs and all levels!

I began my teaching career with an internship at Caron Chiropractic Clinic, and since then I have been teaching at a number of reputable establishments including the YWCA, Jewish Community Center, and the St. Paul Athletic Club.
