I have been training with Jesse for about a month and a half. I have lost 11 inches so far. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Jesse is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I would recommend Jesse in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help.

I am 55 years old and was looking to lose some weight, but more importantly to build strength to meet the challenges I will be facing in the aging process. I had been told that you need to build this strength so that you are more agile and develop bone strength. I met Theresa, my fitness trainer, through my principal. Theresa began to do a small group boot camp with teachers. I was the oldest teacher and within a few weeks I was able to do many of the exercises that the younger teachers were doing. Each week is a new workout, still using some of the same exercises being repeated. My strength is fantastic and I have lost several inches in the 5 months, 2 x a week that I have been meeting with Theresa. She is so knowledgeable with health tips and the correct way to do the exercises that every week we have new questions and she knows the answers. I've been working with Philip for about three weeks now. He does a great job making our workouts different so they don't get boring and they are just the right amount of challenging for my current fitness level. He gives me homework and ideas on how to incorporate movement into my daily life and is very encouraging. I feel so much better already and we've only had 8 sessions so far. He is always on time and is very kind and patient.
Brad Stone is an amazing coach, who pushed me far beyond my personal expectations and into an achievement zone I would have never even thought possible. With the convenient class schedules, you have no excuse to not find the time to work out with him. Every class has a variation of levels for your individual fitness needs. Don't be offended that he starts you at level 1. His main focus is to build a strong foundation to keep you healthy and safe as he pushes you to load on the weight. I actually look forward to working out on my S3 days. Everyone helps to motivate each other and achieve one common goal; making it through an ass kicking Brad Stone workout. I was convinced by a friend to "just try" Stone Strength Systems 7 months ago and now defInitely have no plan to leave!
Christine is very helpful in getting me to keep pushing and not give up. She has great fitness routines! She always shows up a little early and makes sure I am comfortable with what we are doing. She pushes me the extra mile because she knows I can do it! Kyle does a great job explaining the benefits of each stretch and strengthening exercise before he has you do it. He does these stretches etc. himself first so its easy to preform yourself . I would recommend Kyle Brunsmann to anyone needing to improve or regain a healthy level of fitness!
I have lost 40lbs since Iv been working out with Javier . My fitness level has changed dramatically since I'v been working out with him. The only time is now so just do it.
My boyfriend and I started working out with Mark a couple of weeks ago and so far the experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! I have had body image and self esteem issues for years and my boyfriend has multiple injury/health-related issues to work around. Mark has taken all of this completely in stride as he takes each of our needs and goals into account and tailors not only each workout but also his approach to fit us both. We're working towards a pretty significant weight-loss goal but Mark reminds us regularly to celebrate even the smallest successes, plan for and accept setbacks, and focus on making long-term sustainable lifestyle changes. My favorite part is how much fun we have when we're working out with Mark! He definitely pushes us to challenge ourselves, but we laugh and have a good time doing it, which is really important for us as it helps us stay motivated. Also, don't be discouraged about the fact that Mark says he specializes in 40+ fitness. Many of his clients are in fact 40+, but my boyfriend and I are both in our late 20s so he'll help anyone that wants that support!
I was pretty nervous about going to a Personal Trainer because this was my first time hiring a pro. I thought this guy was just plain great! Seth taught me how to take my intensity down a notch, and actually improve my strength as a result! Ha, who knew! Seth (my eighty 20 fitness trainer) is really skilled at teaching how to use bodyweight only to get strong as any gym rat...and I'm actually able to do my whole workout now, by myself, in my own home, with nothin' but a pull-up bar and 30 minutes time. Of course, I'm sticking with eighty/20 for the rest of my training lifetime! I highly recommend this company and their lead trainer...Seth.
I trained with Tia for a couple years and I can honestly say she's the best!!! She was a great encourager and at the same time willing to always push me to grow and do more then I thought I could. she is an amazing athlete with years of experience and a heart of gold. I would reccomend her to anyone-from beginners to seasoned athletes without reservation.
I decided to hire Garmenn because I really enjoyed strength training, but wasn't seeing the progress that I wanted to. After working with Garmenn for almost two months now, I've already seen major improvements in mobility and strength. In just two months, I've increased my strength by a lot more than I was able to during my 6 months of doing it alone. He is well educated, personable, and professional.
