I am very satisfied overall with LVG Elecrical & Communications. I reached out to them after another electrician had flaked on us. They came out to do a quote within a couple of days of me contacting them. I received the quote the same day and work started a few days later (counting the weekend). They arrived promptly at 7 am on the day of the job and worked diligently until all of the work was completed, which was a lot as I had several light fixtures replaced or installed. Some before and after pictures are attached.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. On 9/14/2020, He showed up on time at 8:30am. I informed him that two outlets and one light needed to be replaced. It took him four hours to do these three simple things. During this four hour time period, my outdoor cameras seen him going to his van over sixty times with the longest return time of 29 minutes. He then had to contact someone because he did not have a 240 switch in his van. Once the person brought him the switch, "My cameras seen know one coming to bring him anything", he completed the task and turned the electric back on at 10:30am to realize that he was given a four way switch instead of a two way switch. He now has to do the work all over again. One hour later, the person brings him the right switch, "My cameras seen know one coming to bring him anything", he redid the work and was now done at 12:30pm. I received my bill for four hours of work and a miscalculation on the materials of $10. I immediately contacted the company and advised them of the hours and time needed to redo the 4 way switch shouldn't be billed to me and I should be refunded for at least one hour and the additional $10 for the materials. She stated that she would have the manager contact me. I called back on Tuesday and no answer but got a text apologizing for receiving no call. I called Wednesday and got no answer but got the same text. I called Thursday and no answer but got a text stating the manager is busy. I stated that I would contact my bank and dispute the bill until it is resolved. As I am typing my review today, I received a call from manager Matt Wolf stating that he has credited back one hour of $85 and my $10 back to my bank account as of right now. This could've been a five star review if customer service was important and the consumer didn't feel like they were railroaded. I still feel like the electrician ran up the hours for no reason. A previous electrician that I had at my home a month ago replaced eight outlets and switches within the first 90 minutes with time to spare. I'm just lucky that my camera footage was thorough and I could go back and review the entire job. The electrician did great work but customer service from the office was horrific.
