"Jeff was very professional and gave me excellent advice on my options going forward with the property. He stopped part way through the inspection to update me about all of the major problems he had identified and that he felt that since he had already identified so many major issues my money would be better spent having a contractor look at it and see what I could get fixed for the budget I had. He charged me nothing for his time or advice, not even gas money for his trip all the way from California, MO. What a honorable and kind man. If you want a quality, professional and honest inspector he is definitely your man."
