I chose Susan a while ago to help me get on track. I'm a 42 year old mother of three and had gone through some intense stress in the past 8 months. I already had the cardio and nutrition down but a piece was definitely missing. Cue Susan! She quickly figured out how much I was neglecting strength training. It has been YEARS since I've felt the physical challenges that Susan so perfectly brought back to my workout. She knew exactly which areas to target because a.) she's excellent at what she does and b.) she's a woman so she gets it. She trained me twice a week and never once did we repeat a workout. In my two months with her, I saw increased definition and strength on every limb, my back, my stomach, and my backside. In addition to all of this, Susan has a great energy and is fun to be around, work with, and talk to even during times of physical exertion. She loves what she does, and that is clear to see. Phenomenal trainers. Prior to receiving training, I had never done weight training, HIIT, Tabatas etc...and was intimidated at first since I had stuck to a regiment of running and random cardio. I am happy I overcame that fear and my body has changed for the better. I'm stronger and leaner than before. Josh will listen to what you are wanting and guide you to the type of plan that will benefit you the most. Very creative workouts - it never gets boring because it is not repetitive. I've also become great friends with the other people who workout under Relentless Fitness. Definitely a great fit family, who keep you motivated on the days that you feel like you can't do it, and will cheer you on your best days! Love it!
In looking for a workout that I would stick with, I found the Maryville Boxing Gym. MBC is awesome! Every workout session is new, challenging, led by enthusiastic (& funny) instructors and the members are fantastic, friendly and supportive. The cardio-boxing tones abs, arms and legs quickly!! 5 weeks ago, I added personal training with Justin into the mix and I am down 8 pounds & 2 sizes. I honestly, now, look forward to working out and...get upset when I miss a workout! AJT
I have been working out with Rob as my personal fitness trainer for over 6 years. I am significantly stronger and more fit as a result of this time working together. Rob is very knowledgeable about fitness, how the body works and living a healthy lifestyle. You get much more than just "lifting weights" with Rob. He is personable and engaging which makes the workouts seem to move along quickly. I have several old sports injuries that he has helped me rehab and I am probably more fit now that I have been in the past 20 years. I can highly recommend Rob as an excellent personal trainer.
Green Personal Training Virginia takes a personal interest in her client's goals and helping them achieve them. She asks questions to make sure that she fully understands what the client is trying to achieve and then makes suggestions about diet as well as exercise. She is very knowledgeable about diet and as the old saying goes, "your results are 90% what you eat and 10% of your time in the gym." However once you are in the gym she is very motivational to make sure you do get the gains because she pushes you to the point of achieving your very best. Before I met Garmenn I ate very minimal carbs, didn't deadlift due to a prior back injury several years ago, and despised lifting upper body weights. Garmenn should win an award for his patience. He worked with me in the beginning of each session to teach me the proper form for deadlifting and I have been doing it now with no discomfort in my back. It is a staple of working out and I totally dismissed it because I didn't know how to do it properly. Garmen keeps it interesting by mixing up my workouts with boxing, monkey crawls, and turkish sit up nonsense; basically anything short of hanging from the ceiling! Some would probably consider it a small miracle that back and shoulder workouts have become some of my favorite lifts and my one steady state cardio day is my most dreaded workout of the week. Garmenn went back to the basics with me and taught me the importance of stretching, giving my body rest days, but most importantly the importance of balance nutrition. Eating more carbs has been something I have been lectured on year in and year out, however, I never fully committed to it. I have slowly incorporated more carbs into my diet and they don't scare me anymore. I see muscle definition in places I have never seen before and can finally see my lower two abs coming through. I can honestly say I have never seen faster results in all the years I have worked out.

Israeli hand to hand combat and self defense, mma, cardio workouts, strength training, yoga, Zomba, kids classes... The list goes on. If you take one class you can expect to take many more because you are sure to be hooked. Great easygoing knowledgeable instructors and staff will help you realize that you're capable of more than you ever knew. I'm very grateful for the friendships I've made going to Xkm. Xkm is family.
I have been working with Beronica close to 20 yrs. I was about 50 and I will be 71 in June. She has the ability to always make me feel better when I leave her than when I first come in her door. I have some back issues that she is aware of and always considerate of but knows the right things to do if I am having trouble in that area. She is kind and never pushes beyond what you are capable of doing yet reassures you that you are strong enough to try certain exercises she suggests , always with her helping hand. She has always taught me the importance of keeping my core strong and for that I am thankful. At 71 I have a lot of strength in my upper body and my legs are pretty strong thanks to Bernie and all her strength training and cardio work she does with me. Beronica is waiting to greet me when I get to her house , always on time and gives me her full attention while I am there. I just keep going to Bernie because as I said before, she helps me stay strong and that helps me live a very active and social life. I am very grateful to her for her knowledge of how to help me on a lot of levels, and I really can't think of anything else she could do to make to make it any better. Mary Gerwitz
Larisa is personable, strong, knowledgeable, supportive and has definition out of this world. I go to the same gym as Larisa and as soon as I saw her, I wanted her to be my trainer. She mixes up the workouts between balance, focusing, flexibility, strength training and cardio and after a week of working out with Larisa I am stronger, leaner, focused and I have a lot more stamina. I always look forward to working with her. I am looking forward to the summer and tank tops thanks to her. She is an amazing person and trainer and I recommend Larisa as a trainer for all your fitness needs.
I was trained by Dustin Pelate within a period of four month. We went over core strength, muscular endurance, weight training, etc.. My initial experience was truly beneficial to learning my body's ability in the personal training fitness area. I learned more within those four months than my 4 years of college cardio/fitness classes combined!
I've worked with trainers most of my adult life, and John D is by far the best. When I first met him, I was intimidated by his buff physique and didn't think he'd have the interest or patience to coach a woman with a curvy spine and limited strength. Five minutes later, I could tell by the questions he asked that he was focused, alert, interested in the process of strength training and cardio fitness, but in no way limited to working with other buffies. John is a lot of fun to work with. Most important, I'm stronger and my balance has improved and I've never injured myself working out with him. He is, in short, the best!
Coach Antonio is an awesome instuctor. He is very professional and a great coach. He is teaching my nephew self defense in the form of kickboxing. He is extremely patience with my nephew but at the same time very stern and demands the best out of his. My nephew is 8 years old and I have already seen much improvement in his strength, attitude and his behavior. He had encouraged me to take the class. I would recommend him to anyone of all ages and sex.
