I have been training with Jesse for about a month and a half. I have lost 11 inches so far. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Jesse is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I would recommend Jesse in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help.

Theresa has been training my wife and I for the past 6 weeks. She started out interviewing us to determine if there were any problems she needed to take into consideration during our workouts. Her workouts are tough but just tough enough to accomplish our weekly goals; steadily gaining strength each week. The workouts are always changing so that we are not doing the exact same routine session to session; never a boring moment. She is always asking questions to evaluate where we are to insure the workout intensity is at the right level. I would definitely recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking for a trainer. She answered all my questions set my goals and provided me with information to better myself daily to reach my goals. Phenomenal trainers. Prior to receiving training, I had never done weight training, HIIT, Tabatas etc...and was intimidated at first since I had stuck to a regiment of running and random cardio. I am happy I overcame that fear and my body has changed for the better. I'm stronger and leaner than before. Josh will listen to what you are wanting and guide you to the type of plan that will benefit you the most. Very creative workouts - it never gets boring because it is not repetitive. I've also become great friends with the other people who workout under Relentless Fitness. Definitely a great fit family, who keep you motivated on the days that you feel like you can't do it, and will cheer you on your best days! Love it!
I am so pleased with training at DNA that my husband and I drive about 30 minutes out of our way for training with Michael Keane. I am sure we drive by many other trainers on that drive! DNA has such a variety of people that come there, young, old, all shapes and sizes and you just feel like you are part of a family. Michael pushes me to be a better and stronger version of myself and he is always my cheerleader when I doubt myself. I ALWAYS feel better when leaving a training session and I feel stronger in general after having been working with them for almost 2 years. I know that I need that extra push - if I am scheduled to work out.., I do it .., when it is left up to me alone.., I generally do not. I have and will continue to share my experience with my friends and co workers so they can be a healthier version of themselves too!
Well at first when I was going to start I was intimidated and nervous cause this was my first trainer. Based on ruzens credentials I could tell she was highly qualified and physically fit. But after the first week I was so impressed and sore. The work outs were so intense but i pulled through some how. I think it's because she was so motivating, but not in an annoying way. She knew I could do it and kept pushing me to be my very best. There was always a new work out in a new and invigorating way. She truly inspired my healthy lifestyle to this day. Had she not relocated, I would still be with her. Highly knowledgeable and we'll trained are my memorable thoughts and completely encouraging.
High intensity training for real world situations. The best workout in town. They offer classes for everyone. Israeli hand to hand combat and self defense, mma, cardio workouts, strength training, yoga, Zomba, kids classes... The list goes on. If you take one class you can expect to take many more because you are sure to be hooked. Great easygoing knowledgeable instructors and staff will help you realize that you're capable of more than you ever knew. I'm very grateful for the friendships I've made going to Xkm. Xkm is family.
1 on 1 Fitness conducted a yoga class once weekly at our facility from April to August in 2016. The class was well-received by the participants. We received many compliments on the contents of the class and the yoga instructor, Andrew Francis. He brings a lot of energy, motivation and professionalism to his fitness classes. I highly recommend him and his training for anyone who's looking for an incredible fitness expert.
I thought this guy was just plain great! Seth taught me how to take my intensity down a notch, and actually improve my strength as a result! Ha, who knew! Seth (my eighty 20 fitness trainer) is really skilled at teaching how to use bodyweight only to get strong as any gym rat...and I'm actually able to do my whole workout now, by myself, in my own home, with nothin' but a pull-up bar and 30 minutes time. Of course, I'm sticking with eighty/20 for the rest of my training lifetime! I highly recommend this company and their lead trainer...Seth.
Megan's home training sessions are fantastic! I'm finding them far more fun, and more effective, than prior personal trainers in gyms. She varies the body area of focus with each session, and succeeds in maintaining a high level of aerobic activity, broken into short 20, 30 or 40 second bursts. These short intervals of high-intensity exercise are helping me to both loose weight and improve my running stamina - with the convenience of being at my own home. Highly recommended!
