Our son took flute lessons from Mary Somogyi from the fifth grade until the week he left for college. Mary not only teaches the mechanics of playing the flute and reading notes, but teaches how to make music. This takes time and practice. Mary's patient and encouraging nature helps her students to feel comfortable when making mistakes and learning. She also incorporates music history and information about composers. Our son loved learning about the composers of the music in which he was playing. We were really impressed by Mary's teaching music as a hole and not just about the instrument. She is definitely a professional who is passionate about teaching music. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed.
Lisa worked with my daughter for about a year with voice lessons. She made remakable strides during this time. She progressed from singing in the shower to a young lady with wonderful pitch and tone. We thank Lisa for this progress!
Dr. Beth is great! She's been working with my 2.5 year old and somehow has made her able to sit and actually love these lessons! Very knowledgeable and I feel lucky to have found her for my daughter.
I have plentiful experience with performing in a myriad of ensembles, and knowledge of how to appropriately perform various styles of music in those ensembles. I can also teach the nuances of style in solo performance.
I provide quality music lessons and music education. If you are truly serious about learning how to play an instrument, then you and I should be spending time together on a regular basis. Teaching is not my job; it's my life.
I teach private music lessons. I handle all customer service, billing, and payments. I coordinate recitals, performances and festivals.

I take passion in my work not to say others don't. I try my hardest and do whatever I can to make my lessons enjoyable to my students. I am not all serious even though i keep my goal for the lesson in mind I do however have fun with my students and make sure that they are enjoying their time with me.
It will be done in my home with their own instruments. If the students have music books, we can work with them and have a music store where we can add music when needed.
