Michael is a very hands on person when it comes to health and fitness. He's very knowledgeable about what will and what will not work for living a healthy lifestyle. Michael is very serious about healthy living. I took the tools and advice that was given to me, and I must say that I am grateful for him. I'm now taking one day at a time at becoming a healthier me.
Initial consultation went very well. I was a little hesitant about working with a male trainer, but Antonio was very professional, friendly and encouraging. After meeting with him, I don't feel the need to interview any other personal trainers. I am looking forward to getting started!!

He is training about 6 people total in the group that I am in now. He does not make any person feel as if they are singles out. He helps each person individually and motivates them past their limits. He creates an excellent plan as far as tbe diet goes also. He is very knowledgeable in the way the body works during workouts. He accommodates to any physical issue and you still feel the burn. I have knee issues and he gives alternate moves. One of the best physical trainers I've ever worked with

Matt is a great personal trainer! Sessions with him are always different and he is very personable and fun. He really pushes you to do more than you think you can. He is also great with working around past injuries and finding substitutes for those exercises that don't feel quite right. He has also provided nutritional and competition prep information. Matt's rates are very reasonable for the quality of the training and advice he provides. I look forward to continuing working out with him!

I have taken boot camp classes with Compound Fitness Studios and Tyrone Hargro was my instructor. I had a very good experience with the boot camp . Great results with my weight and lost inches !! The Compound Fitness also worked with my children with their fitness activities and also did held football camps for young boys . Clayton offered me a wonderful personal training experience. He is an ideal mix of motivating and encouraging. With his help, I hit my PR on most major oly lifts (as well as the bench press) within just 5-8 weeks, despite having been out of the lifting circuit for a few years due to an ankle injury. Clayton was extremely flexible with his schedule which is pivotal for me because I am a dental student and often need to work out on short notice or at odd hours. It will be hard for me to find a new trainer if I were ever to lose Clayton to bigger and better things.
