Beyond obsessed with this place, the people there, and the change I am seeing in myself - both mentally and physically. In WEEKS, not months, I have smashed short term goals, pushed my own limits further than I thought they would go, and surpassed my own mental blocks. The meal plan set up by JR along with my training sessions with Nahjerrelle have been intense, challenging me every step of the way, but I have also felt SO supported with each step I take (and coming off carbs I need that!) Blessed to be a part of such a wonderful place and so excited to see what the future holds for me here!

The atmosphere here definitely feels positive, friendly, and inviting. Training sessions are pretty great as well! Just after a week and a half I started to feel amazing and saw some results. Great place to work out!

I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. Very professional but also very down to earth and easy to relate to! Every training session has been new and unique..I never know what to expect. We have worked with trx bands, weights, circuit training, and hiit. Bryant is an awesome trainer I definitely recommend him if your looking for someone who thinks out of the box and pushes you but makes training exciting!

I began training with Jody a year ago. We do a lot of cross-fit type workouts and muscle fusion, where the body never gets used to what's coming next. Also, the mixed up workouts are perfect if you get bored easily and hate routines. I wanted to build more muscle strength and tone. I was not a serious athlete prior to beginning, only doing yoga more or less. It took serious commitment and dedication on my part to achieve results, and Jody is the perfect combination of guidance/skill and inspiration someone needs who has a fitness goal they want to meet. He's also punctual, communicative, motivating and has a smile on his face always. My workouts three times a week with him are now essential to self-care and a successful healthy life. We have a blast and keep it fun. I swear by his abilities to keep me focused, and the private gym he trains at. I've never met a more health conscious, non-competitive and non-intimidating group of people who attend, both trainers and trainees. Making the decision to do something I've never done and start training with Jody changed my life both physically and emotionally. He's priceless!

When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP

If you are looking for a great all around trainer then you have found her! I have been training with Donna for a few years. I started after finishing physical therapy for a hamstring injury. I wanted to continue with strength training to prevent further injury. Donna helped me rebuild strength by listening to what I needed and adjusting the workout to fit my needs. She really pays attention to form which ensures that the exercises are safe and effective. I have continued with Donna because she keeps each workout interesting by changing it up. Every time it's different so my muscles are challenged and it's interesting and fun. She's great at encouraging you during the workout so I've been able to do more than I ever thought I could. Donna also checks on you between workouts to make sure you are doing ok. She genuinely cares about her clients! Awesome trainer, very professional but also a great person!

I have been at Lakeside Fitness for almost ten months. Within that time, I have lost weight, toned significantly and increased my flexibility. The workouts are rigorous, but fun and I look forward to going every week. The strength training has really improved my tennis game as well.

I love being able to workout in the comfort of my home, especially when I am able to train with someone who can keep me motivated. Felicia is a wonderful trainer and has a great attention to detail which has done wonders for me. I finally understand the importance of being able to execute exercises correctly. My experience from my first day, has been amazing! I look forward to going and really hate it, if I have business that prevents me from attending. From the time you walk in, your greeted, your motivated, and the atmosphere is so cool, you automatically start moving. I love the variety of music that get you more hype and how clean the facility is! My trainer, Dustin Johnson has patience like no other, and will ensure you meet your goal and continue to push you. My motto that I say to myself everyday, challenge yourself, compete with yourself, and you’ll see you can really move mountains (lol) if you want. I absolutely love this group and my trainer!

Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training. Not everyone knows what that is, but Danny does! He understands the science and applies it for success at strength training and diet. I've gone way beyond barbells. I'm squatting and deadlifting above my body weight in less than a month. If you want to be strong, you need Danny as your coach.
