After working with Max for a couple of months now, I could not be happier with my experience. I came to Max with a simple goal to lose weight. However, Max has helped me to develop a healthier lifestyle - combining exercise (detailed daily at-home workouts aligned with training sessions) and nutrition (reviewing meal logs weekly). I was apprehensive in finding a personal trainer, but Max has made me feel comfortable and confident. Max is knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. He is willing to go above and beyond training sessions, with texts/emails whenever I have a question. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!
Great gym with excellent trainers. I've been working out with Malik and I've learned so much about my body. I am never bored, always challenged and supported in my efforts towards physical strength and mobility. The staff at Raleigh Personal Training Center are competent and provide a variety of physical activities and programs based on your goals.

Very professional but also very down to earth and easy to relate to! Every training session has been new and unique..I never know what to expect. We have worked with trx bands, weights, circuit training, and hiit. Bryant is an awesome trainer I definitely recommend him if your looking for someone who thinks out of the box and pushes you but makes training exciting!
I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I am a long distance runner who started a strength training program with Aaron to address muscle weaknesses caused by sitting for a living and muscle imbalances caused by running long distances for the last five years. My goal was to prevent common running injuries and to address some issues with my knee. I have literally no interest in strength based exercise and have very little confidence when it comes to anything doesn’t involve stepping out my door and going for a run, hopping on a bike, or jumping in a pool. In fact, if you would have asked me when I first started whether I would be able or willing to commit to any kind of regular strength training program I would have told you flatly, no way. But Aaron makes it fun and interesting and I have been doing strength training sessions three times a week for about 6 months. Even better, I feel comfortable doing things on my own. He has really helped to boost my confidence when it comes to what seemed to me to be complicated exercises. He is really great at pointing out how I have improved and notices progress that I would never have been able to notice on my own. I would highly recommend Aaron.

Without question, DeMarcus Brooks is by far the best personal trainer with whom I have worked. Demarcus designed a personal training regimen specifically tailored to my goals and fitness interests (i.e., strength training and endurance for the tennis court with collateral benefit of weight loss). He introduced me to a variety of exercises instructed me on the proper use of fitness machines and free weights. He stressed concentration in good form to avoid injuries and the most efficiently build strength and fitness. Following Demarcus’ moveto Raleigh, I worked with other trainers in Atlanta. None of them were his class. Fortunately, his excellent tutelage has allowed me to continue my fitness goals on my own. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a fitness coach.
Lisa is knowledgeable, encouraging, and creative. She is currently working with both my husband and I at the same time and I am impressed with the variety in our work outs and the ability to challenge both of us individually. It's still early on, but she manages to be able to come up with a variety "stations"/circuit areas and alter the weight as needed per the individual at that particular station, so we get the full benefit and work out, yet minimizes the downtime....so we are not waiting for each other to finish. I also appreciate the emails that remind us of what we did and at what rep #/weight so that we can follow the routine on a day we don't see her. The hardest thing to do is find a consistent day and time that works for all 3 of us, but even in this case...Lisa is working with us and around our schedule.
I have been at Lakeside Fitness for almost ten months. Within that time, I have lost weight, toned significantly and increased my flexibility. The workouts are rigorous, but fun and I look forward to going every week. The strength training has really improved my tennis game as well.

I started going to Jayd for personal training once a week about a month ago. I had previously been going to Title and doing power hour multiple times a week plus eating well for many months. Since starting with Jayd I can see MUCH more differences in my body. Working with her has pushed whatever barrier was keeping me from the results I wanted. Checking in on Trainerize makes me feel accountable for what I'm eating and how much I'm working outside of our sessions because I know she can see. I'm just starting to play with other features in the app but I like that she uses something that keeps track so I don't have to! I had my first session with Audra last weekend, and she totally kicked my tail (in a good way)... I knew when I left that she'd definitely taken my level of fitness into consideration and that the exercises she was giving me were tailored to my specific needs--not only to make me more fit, but to help me overcome some chronic shoulder pain. I highly recommend her, whether you're trying to learn how to work out safely, looking for that extra bit of motivation, or even if you've just plateaued doing what you always do and need some new tricks to get you back on track! I have been training with Brennan consistently for over 7 months. I had injuries from a car accident and he has developed a personalized workout plan for me that has really worked! We do strength training along with HIIT and intervals. I am definitely stronger now and feel better than I have in years. He really listens and develops an individualized plan for his clients.
