I've worked with Katie since last August. I've loved the experience & have seen great results so far! Katie is not only super knowledgeable about workout techniques, equipment, and all things fitness-related, but she's also really helpful on the nutrition and overall health and well being side of things. Her workouts are never boring. I really enjoy being able to fully focus on my workout since I know Katie will bring the knowledge about how many reps I should be doing, what equipment I should be using, and the proper technique. It really takes the stress out of working out for me. She's really flexible and responsive when setting schedules, and payment is super easy since I'm able to pay via an app on my phone. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically correspond via email and phone to make sure that the client understands how I can assist them in reaching their goals. Then we set up a time for the client to meet me and to see the Studio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Movement Science and I am a certified Exercise Physiologist. I am also a Health and Wellness Expert.
