    I love working with Katie and have seen great results physically and mentally! She embodies all of the qualities I would expect of a great personal trainer. But what I appreciate most is Katie's level of attentiveness and her level of engagement on ensuring I reach my goals. She is always available whenever I need her, follows-up on random comments I make in a training session or random conversation, and dedicates herself to making sure she exhausts all available techniques, tools, and resources in order for me to hit my goals and objectives. She knows her stuff, has a great sense of humor, and listens very well. I would recommend her to anyone!

    Katie is amazing. First thing that strikes you is that she is so approachable and genuinely interested and focused on getting to know you, understanding your needs and putting together a program that works and is right for you. She does a great job at keeping you accountable and on track and continuously works with you to find viable solutions adapted to your own lifestyle and schedule. Working with her one will realize that she is not about doing what's popular on instagram with famous fit people but a lot of science goes into the workout schedule she builds, taking into consideration your specifics. She will not just train your body. She will help train your mind into a healthier mindset, train to get a healthier lifestyle and nutrition that is sustainable over time.     Katie is absolutely AMAZING! She's very knowledgeable and professional, and she is so fun to work with. All of my workouts are custom made by her for me and my goals. I started training with her a few months ago, and it was the best decision ever - it's a huge stress outlet, and I am already meeting my goals! She provides support, accountability and motivation all while keeping things simple, realistic and doable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

    Coming from a Collegiate background Katie is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. I came to Katie at 28 wanting to get back into shape and fixing a lot of routines that were not working for me. Katie broke down the workouts and the nutrition that best fit my lifestyle and goals. I have had a lot of trainers tell me to lift more, run more but Katie does an exceptional job of explaining what FITNESS and NUTRITION really is. With Katie's knowledge and program she always knew exactly where I would be each week- whatever we tuned in my diet or exercise always showed the following week on the scale and in the measurements. If you are looking for someone who knows the full spectrum of Physical Health and Wellness and also looking to get your butt kicked shes #1. I started with Katie 6 months ago and almost dropped 2 pant's sizes, lost close too 20 lbs and many inches in all the right places :). I highly recommend Katie!

    I met Katie after my wife began training with her and constantly raved about her experience. Katie met with me to learn my goals- I was looking to supplement training I was doing on my own and she helped me with technique and even identified other areas I could improve as well. I found myself going back to her regularly and have never regretted my time spent working out with her. Katie is smart about exercise and use of my time in the gym. Stop your search for a trainer and go with her!

    After a medical diagnosis, I found myself sifting through trainers in the Cincinnati area who could help me get my body back on track. After multiple calls around town I came across Katie. Her level of engagement has been astounding from that first call through now, a year and a half later. Katie actively listens to my needs and then creates a feasible plan based on her extensive knowledge. If I have exercise related questions beyond her expertise (which is rare!) she studies and gets back to me. I was never a regular one to find myself exercising but with Katie I continually look forward to my workouts and am extremely pleased with the goals we've achieved. When I'm running or cycling on my own now I can hear her encouragement, pushing me forward. When I started with Katie I had very little physical confidence- both I'm ability and how I looked. I rarely find myself questioning my body anymore. I cannot gush about my experiences with Katie enough. My time with her has been worth every penny spent and more.

    Katie is the BEST. I work out alot and know how to work out. I've been to a few personal trainers or dieticians over the years with no success. What Katie did for me was more important than any workout...she debunked all the myths and fad diets I was utilizing and thus not getting to goal weight. She talked about the sience behind losing weight and applied this to my diet and work outs. I only had that last stubborn 10lbs to lose and did it in less than 6 weeks. I love my life style.....not my diet. Katie taught me it's OK to have a banana or a carb. Try to eat as clean as possible and if you fall off make sure it falls in calorie range. Thus, I never feel deprived. Another important aspect Katie brings to her service is she truly cares about you as a person . She noticed I was beating myself up about my physical appearance and she taught me ways to be more positive with myself. She also taught me ways to deflect those people who try to sabotage your diet. I'm so glad I found Katie because she's helped me physically, mentally and emotionally in this journey that I will incorporate for life. THANKS Katie!!!! I feel and look AMAZING ;))))

    Katie took on a big project with me. She comes to my home and is able to work with me on equipment she brings or items that are already in my home. In one month with Katie I have already lost nearly 16 pounds and just walked 1.5 miles today. That is a huge change for me. She is amazing and she goes the extra mile for her clients.

    Katie is an AWESOME trainer!! She was my first experience with a personal trainer and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She really made personal training personal. She helped me understand what being healthy and fit really means and guided me on how to eat healthier. She was realistic with temptations in life and how a busy schedule can interfere with eating healthy/working out. She helped me push through those situations whether it was suggestions on what to eat at a restaurant or reminding me that one bad day didn't take away all the hard work I had done. Katie makes working out fun and is dedicated to helping you every step of the way. She helps you with your weekly workouts and provides support throughout each week.     There's good, there's excellent, and then there's Katie! Katie is the best trainer I've ever worked with. She combines her strong background in exercise physiology with excellent teaching skills to develop an individualized program. I underwent a double lung transplant 5 months ago. Under her care, I am able to walk at least 2 miles a day, have gained nearly 10# and doubled the weight I can lift. She provided me with current literature on Rehab in the transplant patient. As a Physician, I know quality professionals. Katie is #1 on my list. I recommend her without reservation.

    Katie is so much fun to work with. She is so friendly and the whole time we do workout it was awesome. when is started i was not hoping that i would loose weight and finish my target in just 3 months. Katie made it possible and i lost almost 10 pounds in just 2.5 months of time with 5 day week work out for one hour.apart from loosing weight my stamina improved a lot. Katie not only trained us but has taken a very good care of our diet. We used to have regular discussions on our daily diet and gave us a nutrition plan to follow. I really appreciate for a great guidance and being so friendly and making us feel interested in doing work out. Will be missing all the gud time we all had during work outs.     I worked with Katie for 1.5 months and in that time she made a great workout plan that catered to my workout goals in spite of the time restriction. In that short span of time my endurance improved and my inches decreased. She taught me how making healthy lifestyle choices can be easy. In fact, she came with me to a supermarket for grocery shopping. I had a wonderful experience with her as my trainer and I am so glad that I got a chance to work with her.

    I have been exercising on a regular basis for years yet I became bored with my routine. I hired Katie to help me intensify my workouts. During our initial consultation, I told Katie exactly what I was looking for and she developed a plan specifically for me. After only a few sessions with Katie, I was running at a much faster pace and lifting heavier weights. Increasing endurance was my goal, but because of working with Katie, I ended up losing weight and inches too. Katie took the time to answer any questions I had regarding food, running shoes, workout clothing and exercise equipment. Thanks Katie!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically correspond via email and phone to make sure that the client understands how I can assist them in reaching their goals. Then we set up a time for the client to meet me and to see the Studio.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Movement Science and I am a certified Exercise Physiologist. I am also a Health and Wellness Expert.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped people to lose weight, improve endurance, increase strength, and change their lifestyle.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be clear about your goals. Be sure that you know all of the costs and whether the pro uses contracts. It is very common for people to get stuck in contracts with a Gym or Trainer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is important to think about your short and long-term goals, types of activity that you enjoy, and how much time you are willing to dedicate to exercise & nutrition each week.
