My functional fitness trainer is Kate McCreless and she is the person that inspires the 5-star rating that I have assigned to my experience with Fit and Healthy. Kate knows how the body functions (academically and practically) and she is well-versed in movement, exercises and strategies. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically correspond via email and phone to make sure that the client understands how I can assist them in reaching their goals. Then we set up a time for the client to meet me and to see the Studio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Movement Science and I am a certified Exercise Physiologist. I am also a Health and Wellness Expert.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have helped people to lose weight, improve endurance, increase strength, and change their lifestyle.
