There is never anything vague about why we need to do the exercises we are doing now and not something else. All the personal goals I had for myself I passed long ago with Neely. CJ is a dedicated personal trainer, who really works with individuals as a group as well as one on one. I don't know how he does it...his energy is un-real! Beyond the outside performance, CJ is very concerned of how you feel on the inside as well (meaning a lot of excersises can be modified based on your ability) then of course work your way up. Also in addition to exercise, he keeps track of your meal planning, its an over all great experience.
Coach D is by far the best trainer I've ever had. He's not just a trainer, he's a mentor. He pushes and compels us to stay focused with everything we do. When I first started, I couldn't do one sit up, but now I can do quite a few. To some, that may not mean much, but for myself, it means a lot. Very encouraging; helps you realize that although we all have our limitations, most of them are self-imposed and can be overcome if we just have faith in ourselves and abilities-we just have to put in the work! You're gonna be tired and you're gonna be sore, but you're also gonna feel a sense of accomplishment in all that you were able to do that you probably didn't think you would've been able to beforehand!
Dequarius is an amazing & encouraging trainer that tailors each workout to fit each person.
