She holds you accountable for your own health so you understand that long term goals are driven by you with the best navigation by her. She's easy to talk to, open and understanding to all levels of fitness. I continue to better myself outside the gym because of her example and encouragement.
Ciara is one of the most personal trainers I know. She really cares for your health and is very supportive. I would highly recommend Ciara ANY DAY! I love working with Tara. I have a lot of health issues and she has created a program that helps me exercise even with my limitations. I am really surprised at all I can do. The workouts are helping me so much. Because of Tara I can tell what I am doing is making me stronger. In addition to my exercise, she has planned a diet for me to follow. She has suggestions of different foods to buy at the grocery store and everything is written down so I know exactly what I need to buy. I was not exercising on my own but with Tara I have encouragement and she knows the correct exercises that will help me. Initially, I wanted Terry to just help me lost weight because it had gotten out of control for me. Terry has helped me understand what overall health means. He has developed customized meal plans as well as customized workout plans that not only help me lose weight but become healthier. Ashley has been teaching me yoga since last couple of months. She is very calm and brings a positive energy to each sessions. She took time to understand my needs and designed my sessions accordingly. She is very patient and never rushes through it, I always feel refreshed and recharged after every session. The services for each individual is so different because everyone varies with so many diseases/problems. Everyone must figure out what diet works for them, what supplements their need, what exercise to start off with and gradually work up, up, up. I don't believe in taking diet pills, because they can destroy your liver or kidneys or even heart. Done deal! We are getting healthy. We will get healthy with protein; nutrients; exploratory, fun diet; vitamins; minerals; exercise and a diary. Yes, once you start a diary, you will continue it forever (just ask country singer Carrie Underwood). The services you receive will hopefully fit your needs. I will know more of a plan after your consultation visit, and there may be constant changes at first, but it works out! I look forward to working with you.
Jay is truly an excellent trainer that focuses on total body conditioning. The results I have achieved are largely due to Jay’s combination of challenging, diverse and fully customized training programs. Jay is definitely one of the best trainers in Charlotte, NC. Jay has more enthusiasm and energy than any person I’ve ever met. He is a master of his craft, incredibly bright with a vast knowledge of health and fitness.
