We had a major water pressure issue at my house when the pressure-reducing valve at the street failed. Upon further inspection, we discovered another unnecessary pressure-reducing valve under the house. Anton arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently. He repaired the valve at the street and removed the extra one under the house, restoring full water pressure in no time. Problem solved! On December 18th, 2023, I hired Donald Bicknell to repair 1 running toilet, 1 kitchen faucet leak, and to flush 1 hot water line in my master bathroom. Donald caused my my cold water shut-off valve to leak, in my kitchen, and in my master bathroom, that needed to be replaced. He also replaced my hot water valve in my master bathroom, even though it wasn't leaking. A 1 hour repair job turned into a 5 hour repair job. In the process of replacing my hot and cold water valves, he created a 4X12 in hole in the sheet rock, under the master bathroom sink, and ruined the back covering of my 3 year old sink. Donald was not apologetic about the damage and became aggressive towards me when I expressed my displeasure. The cost to repair the sheet rock is $400. When I informed him of the cost, he bought 2 cans of crack filler for me to use to repair a large hole. The replaced turn-off valves leaked for 2 days, requiring Donald to return to my home. Please proceed with caution when hiring Donald. He doesn't like to be challenged. If you ask him questions about his work, he gets defensive. You've been warned.

Jessie is very knowledgeable about what he does. He worked very hard to repair my leaking bathtub faucets and rotten kitchen sink base. In fact, he went to the Home Depot the same day I called him to get the material I need to get the job done. He made sure to not leave any work debris, which i appreciate a lot. Also, he further gave me some great recommendations on other issues that I didn’t even hire him for. Definitely, a young man with great work ethics and professionalism.

Shawn came to our house to fix a leaky toilet and leaky kitchen faucet. He was a good communicator about arrival times but changed them a great deal. The toilet is fixed. The leaky faucet proved more challenging. The faucet leaked worse after his second shot at repairing it. He instructed us to go to the manufacturer (Hansgrohe) website to order the needed materials if the ones he placed in the faucet did not work. He told us he would come back out and install if we needed this option. We called the manufacturer, ordered the materials, and had them shipped to our house. We texted Shawn about the part’s arrival. He came back out a few days later, installed the parts and instructed us we should order another part showing my husband how to install. Our faucet no longer leaks. Shawn is a very nice man working towards his certification in plumbing. He had many personal life issues that interfered with completion of this job in a timely matter. He is not what we had hoped for when we hired a plumber to fix two very common plumbing problems.
