"I hired Harry to write me a nutrition plan. Though he is a trainer, I work on my own program at the gym and did not want to change that. He took the time to look into what I was doing, was supportive, added a few pointers and then wrote me a nutrition plan.
The nutrition plan is great- been following it a little over a week and I've lost more weight than expected PLUS my workouts are stronger than ever AND I have gone from needing 3 cups of coffee and 2 caffeine pills in the morning to one small cup of coffee. That alone is priceless. Plus the absence of processed sugar helps make my skin look better.
The plan is great- he gave me some meal ideas, plus the macros so I could customize it, as well as a list of foods.... good thru bad. It's a very sustainable program, a good mix of carbs, fats and proteins, so I'm not eating 3 weird shakes a day, no carbs and only fish or anything weird like that. I look forward to all of my meals.
I've done a lot of diets... paleo,low fat, primal, vegan, vegetarian, atkins, South Beach on and on and none have left me feeling this energized with such immediate results. And it feels like a long term solution. Usually 1 week on a diet has me wanting to eat whatever I can't have, but I don't even want the junk right now.
Definitely give Harry a shot if you need a nutrition plan. Though I did not use him for training, he took the time to understand what I was doing, had respect for it and encouraged me to keep it up versus trying to sell me training. Going to bet he knows his stuff in the gym as well."
