As a recent Wake Forest grad and first time home buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. None, whatsoever. After working with BJ, I feel like a real estate expert. As you can imagine I had an excessive amount of questions throughout the process and BJ was there, coaching and teaching me every step of the way. It didn't matter if I had questions at midnight or 8AM on a Sunday morning, BJ would get back to me within a matter of a few hours, most of the time within the same hour. Going through Charlotte, BJ really knew his way around and knew the area which is impressive considering he's just had a couple years in the Charlotte real estate market. Entering the homes, BJ never pressured me to make an offer and never tried to speed up the process so he could make a sale. As I mentioned earlier, he was very patient with me and truly wanted to get an understanding of what it was that I was looking for. I started my search in January while I was still in school and just closed in August. All the while in between I was in NYC, ATL, Minnesota, Las Vegas, and Florida. Even then, BJ was always there, checking in on me, sending me new listings, asking if I needed help with finding the right loan officer, etc. He truly brings the whole package to the table and has a myriad of knowledge in all things real estate.(he also has a person for just about everything, carpeting, carpenters, painters, contractors, furniture, everything!) I would absolutely recommend BJ as either a buyer's or a seller's agent and certainly plan to utilize his expertise when I go to sell my condo in the years to come.
