He was super quick to respond, and while he wasn't the cheapest quote I received (I got 4), I went with him because he was knowledgeable, skilled and confident. He made suggestions the other folks did not. He also didn't charge a fee to come out to quote the project (none of the Thumbtack companies did). I'd called another plumbing company and he wanted $275 to come out to quote the job (credited if I chose them). Uhh, no thank you. Once I approved the job, Jason came out the next day and performed the work. It was a big job, but he did a great job. He was even able to route the pipes so we'd be able to maximize the space available in our storage room, which was muck appreciated. We now have hot water on demand, with no more than a few seconds to wait for it to be available at the tap (due to the built-in recirculating pump). I would highly recommend Jason for any plumbing needs."

Worked with Honesty Mechanical to install a gas tankless water heater. They were very professional and removed the old water heater and showed up for every appointment on time and with a good attitude. My only gripe with the situation was that I was not informed the city would have to come out and inspect the water heater before the gas could be connected to the water. It would have been good to hear that from the sales person, because I was without hot water for two and a half weeks. Not the fault of Honesty Mechanical, but feel like someone involved could have let me know the process and scheduled an inspection for the day after the water heater was installed. Would definitely hire them again, very good and responsive customer service.
