I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
Tia is an exceptionlly gifted and professtional trainer. I've been training withat Tia for approximately 4 years. Tia not only works her students hard, she supports them even harder. This isn't just a job for Tia, it's truly her passion. I highly recommend Tia for personal training because she is not only knowledgeable, she's caring, but pack a punch. I've had to stop training at one point, but Tia never stopped calling or texting to check on me, but also encouraged and suggested work outs that I could do until I could return to the boot camp class. This alone meant a lot to me because, most trainers wouldn't give you a second thought if you stopped attending their class.
When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. After a few failed gym attempts, I have finally found a place that I know is going to help me reach my goals. Although I have only been training at Body by Design for a little over a month, I am already in love with the place. I have worked out with trainers before, and I've never been as instantly comfortable as I was made to feel here. Not only has Rebecca helped me make some big life changes, but I actually am starting to enjoy working out again. The entire staff is helpful and fun, and my hour long sessions fly by. I have been taking Dawn's bootcamp classes for several months now and am so happy with how my strength and stamina have. improved. Dawn knows just how to encourage me to make every rep my best. "You can do anything for 8 seconds" rings in my ears as I push out those last few reps that I think there's no way I'll get through. I'm so happy to have Dawn as a motivator and friend.
Rob is an awesome personal trainer! He pushes me to give my 200% in every workout. Today my arms were so sore after our session that it was a struggle to drive back home (no joke). Even though I've been training with him for only a few weeks, I'm starting to see results and I'm making progress every week. He is a dedicated PT who cares about his clients' goals and keeps them motivated. One 2 One is a great place to work out. The trainers are fabulous and really care about their clients. The atmosphere is inviting and the clients and staff are genuine. No need to feel you have to impress people, come as you are, no judging. Get healthy while having fun!! The boot camps classes are are never boring and are quite varied in exercises.
Will is an outstanding personal trainer and really knows the ins and outs of living a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with Brandon as a parent of an athlete. Brandon was my son's private basketball coach. He drills and teaching style had my son learning more about basketball from Brandon's summer private lessons than any coach ever accomplished in an entire season. It is very rare that you find a coach with Brandon's quality. He pushes his athletes but has their respect. He understands athletics and his clients needs and had a tremendous ability to access his clients, giving them the desired outcome. My experience and my sons experience was nothing but positive!

It was the last week of July 2012 when Matt was appointed to train me with a goal of building up my strength with weight training. Since then, I have been not just trained, but motivated and substantially educated by Matt about physical fitness. My journey in physical fitness began in Nov 2011 when I entered the gym for the first time to do boot camp style training for losing fat which was at around 26.5 percent. Soon I realized the need for bolstering strength and improving endurance and I decided to join Rapid Fitness (not just because my friends went there but because it was an affordable option for having a personal trainer). Matt was appointed as my personal trainer and from that point on I began my journey toward adding substantial muscle and not just burning fat. When I began training, like most newbies wanted to see I whether I could work with heavier weights, sometimes even at the cost of form and full range motion. Matt had a hard time but he was eventually able to control this tendency of mine and get me back on track to concentrate on form and ensuring full range of motion, rather than just focusing on the weight numbers. I did realize the benefit of it later when my muscles started growing stronger and I had diminished injury periods. Another thing that Matt guided me through that was very crucial was building up my chest, back, and legs rather than just concentrating on arms. I spent quite a lot of effort trying to convince Matt otherwise, but I am glad he stood strong and gave me the correct guidance. Now, after almost seven months of training, I realize the difference. I had well-sized legs, unlike most of the people I knew who had this huge upper body but small legs. This not only helped me with legs but since the big muscles were built up, the body fat started reducing quickly and I was able to get over the plateau and hit 20 percent body fat. Due to this, even though my arms didnt appear big, I could still manage to lift a substantial amount of weight. Matt didnt just guide me through weight training, he was able to notice my lack of flexibility and then guide me through stretching exercises. This cautious measure has prevented lots of injuries I would have brought upon myself due to my negligence. One thing I noticed training in a gym with correct guidance is that it doesnt just change you physically but also psychologically. Over time, you become more confident, with a positive attitude, and more focused. It doesnt just teach you to appreciate the hard work of others, but to appreciate yourself and motivate those like you who were scared of entering the gym because they felt they were not cut out for it. I was really happy when I visited my family in India in January 2013 and everyone observed and appreciated the difference in me. Thats when I realized the guidance and training provided by Matt was the one thing that was able to make this happen and no kind of dieting would have worked on its own. This realization is the reason for writing this testimonial. I am thankful to Matt for not just guiding and motivating me, but helping me to control my tendency to lose form when I wanted to lift heavier weights.
I have been training with Charles Hogue for almost 3 years. We have concentrated on weight training, boot camp and running. My goals included running a 5 K, strength and body composition changes. I recently moved to Cary, NC and my number one concern was to find a place to get a good workout. I tried a couple others before Fit Body Boot Camp, but learned very quickly that this was the place to be. Programming is great, coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and there's always the opportunity to challenge yourself and do more.

Mike has done an amazing job for us. It was quite common for us to be at the Orthopaedic at least 10 times a year with our daughter due to injury in sports. Since working with Mike we have only been to the Orthopaedic once this year. He has also helped other family members with injury related problems to helping our daughter with learning struggles.
