I came to Body by Design very underweight and discouraged but then I met my trainer Mario. I cant begin to tell you how much of an impact training with Mario has made on me. To date, I have gained 15 lbs since I started training and its only been two months! I hope to gain a few more on my own but am very close to my goal already! Mario was very professional and it is clear he has a passion for what he does. He made me feel comfortable and confident, which was exactly what I needed to push through to gain the weight I needed to. Coming from years of battles with disordered eating, I can truly say I have never felt better. He may never understand how much of an impact he has had on me but I, and my family are so grateful! Like all of the trainers there, he truly cares for the clients. Tia is an exceptionlly gifted and professtional trainer. I've been training withat Tia for approximately 4 years. Tia not only works her students hard, she supports them even harder. This isn't just a job for Tia, it's truly her passion. I highly recommend Tia for personal training because she is not only knowledgeable, she's caring, but pack a punch. I've had to stop training at one point, but Tia never stopped calling or texting to check on me, but also encouraged and suggested work outs that I could do until I could return to the boot camp class. This alone meant a lot to me because, most trainers wouldn't give you a second thought if you stopped attending their class.

Dawn is easily the best trainer I've ever had. She will take the time to research the best possible training techniques that fit your abilities, and then she will give you the most intense workout you've ever had. She gives excellent advice on diet, and encourages clients to contact her at any time for motivation or advice on training. She sets up goals like mud runs/races for clients to train for, and they are great incintives. In the past two years, I've run the Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, and Marine Mud Run. There is no way I could have done this without Dawn's training. She is the BEST there is. PERIOD.
Alecia is awesome. I really enjoyed working with her and saw great results. She tailors the workout to help you accomplish your personal goals with your body type. Wish we were still in the same country so I could continue to work with her!!
My personal experience with Justin Taylor at Lifetime, Raleigh, NC was a wonderful learning experience. Having been active throughout my working life (tennis,running, softball), I had no experience utilizing weight equipment. Justin, in solo sessions was able to guide me in the proper use of the equipment for my health benefit. I have since utilized Justin's expertise in further learning other drills, exercises. I would recommend Justin to any other Lifetime member seeking instruction to benefit their overall health.
I've really enjoyed Lisa's life coaching and yoga classes. She's warm and empathetic and really cares about her clients, and has really worked to meet me when I am, despite financial difficulty. I fully recommend her services to anyone who wants to further a mindful approach to living

My experience with Mr. Becton has been one of professionalism. He offers a service of wellness. He is concerned about the total body health, stress/relaxation and mental state of being.
