The best coach I’ve ever had! Doesn’t rush anything, is very patient. He breaks everything down for better understanding. Very passionate about what he does, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially beginners. If you’re looking for a new hobby, training, or just a good workout, this is the trainer you need.
One 2 One is a great place to work out. The trainers are fabulous and really care about their clients. The atmosphere is inviting and the clients and staff are genuine. No need to feel you have to impress people, come as you are, no judging. Get healthy while having fun!! The boot camps classes are are never boring and are quite varied in exercises.
My experience was a 10 out of 10. We did just about a whole body workout. Although I have a lot of my own equipment I didn't really need it. Greg brings everything you need with him. Unlike some less reputable trainers who purposefully procrastinate with getting started so that they end up not having to do so much during a session, Greg let me know when he'd be at my house and was ready to go as soon as he got there. Greg was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question throughout the session. He is among the best Personal Trainers that I have worked with and I highly recommend him. His training left me feeling very good and I am looking forward to our next session.

Jill is the best trainer in Fayetteville. She has years of experience and numerous credentials as a fitness professional (including a black belt in martial arts). I've been working with her for eight years. She can work with anyone from the unfit to the ultra-fit. She emphasizes safety and correct form. She knows exactly how to balance challenging her clients without pushing too far. Jill has an incredible amount of patience and a good sense of humor. Her facility has loads of equipment and offers many group workouts in addition to personal training. The holiday workouts are especially creative and fun but definitely a challenge.
She works with what your goals are and sets up a plan with you to keep you accountable. I've had other trainers before but she by far is one of the best ones.
