Kris helped us understand what needs to be done and the personal workout sessions with him are so much fun! He motivates you to do your best and always pushes you to do cardio! We are already seeing positive results of our efforts with Kris and so encouraged by the guidance being provided by him. Trifecta Studio/Energy Dynamic trainer John Driver is truly dedicated to seeing his clients meet their needs. He keeps the workouts challenge but fun. The entire atmosphere is great. Not only Mr. Driver, but all is the trainers at the facility are encouraging and supportive. Channel is a wonderful personal trainer. I enlisted her services because I have arthritis and had several surgeries on my right leg. I lost a lot of flexibility and movement,. It have been only a week and I have notice a lot more flexibility in my movements and having less inflammation in my joints.
Ashley is simply amazing. I've only been working out with her for a few weeks, but I have gained a huge support system. She's someone I can text out of the blue for advice or questions related to health and fitness. I also love the fact her workouts are challenging and that she keeps any injuries in mind when creating them. Her personal weight loss journey is very inspiring. She's someone who is relatable and understands the challenges that come along with attempting a life change like weight loss. Lastly, Ashley was able to work with my current limited budget. She created a customized plan that worked for the both of us and for that, I am truly grateful. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with her.

A good place to work out. Where your trainer focus on you and your goals that you are trying to achieve...A comfortable environment where everybody is like family. Reasonable, affordable get 1 on 1 time, nutrition, health shakes, work out clothes etc.
