    As a personal trainer, I will provide knowledge, motivation, accountability and support. Losing weight is not easy, and it definitely is not instant. There is a science to doing it correctly and safely. I am a fan of both. I can almost assure you that you will not find a more attentive, engaged, focused and inspirational trainer on the market. I think the difference between me and the other trainers is I genuinely love personal training. You can put up a facade for a little while like you care, but eventually the truth comes out. The truth is my motivation comes from the excitement of knowing what we are doing is beneficial on the tail end of life. I think my rates are fair for the quality of service I provide. I am also open to creative financing. You should never let money stand in the way of your health if you are not in shape now. Imagine yourself five or even ten years later. If there is no training or physical activity taking place, the quality of those years can not be good. Do not let that be you.

    I have used Victoria Glovich as a personal trainer for the last year and a half. She is great at tailoring a workout to meet your needs and the best part is that you can do them anywhere. You do not need alot of equipment or time spent at the gym. She utilizes your bodyweight and I saw faster result then I ever saw at the gym. Her boot camps are intense, the personal one on one sessions are tailored specifically to me. She motivates with positive feedback, holds me responsible, and offers good advice on changing the way you think about exercise , your relationship with food, etc. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted to accomplish and worked with me to put together a progam that works fro me.     I began running and doing personal training with Thad in September of 2010. I was referred to Thad by a very accomplished collegiate runner and local high school cross country coach. She knew a lot of personal trainers in town and she thought that Thad would be a good fit for me. She was right! I must say that that I was a little apprehensive about working out with a running coach and personal trainer. After all, I was new to running and frankly, out of shape. I soon found out that Thad works with people of all abilities and was excited to help me reach my fitness goals. I am currently on my 3rd 1/2 marathon training plan with Thad. His training plans are designed to prevent injury and make you a stronger and better runner. I have been very satisfied with my progress over the last year. I am also impressed with Thad's knowledge of nutrition and physiology. He has written various articles about good nutrition and great recipes which can be found on his website. Thad's website also has several articles about injury prevention. Thad's personal training workouts are designed to use all muscle groups which help with strength, balance and stability. I personally like the fact that he also does periodic training assessments that help you measure how you are progressing with your fitness goals. If you are looking for a very nice, educated, experienced personal trainer/running coach who is reliable and will design a program based on YOUR individual needs, then Thad is your guy.
