My 11 year old daughter has been taking guitar lessons with John for close to a year now and we are extremely pleased with her progress. John is very thorough in his teaching methods and feedback. He is also very patient with the students. I would highly recommend taking lessons with John!
Mr. Harden is wonderful. He's very knowledgeable and patient. This is by far the best option for music lessons.
Excellent and engaging teacher! My teenager loves her guitar lessons and is learning so much.
Chris is a great teacher. My son has done both piano and guitar lessons with him and he really enjoys it.
I took piano lessons from Willie and I really enjoyed learning from him. Willie is very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the lessons to the way I learn so I could get the most out of the lesson. I feel like I have skills I am able to maintain for a lifetime to continue to enjoy playing piano.
I have been taking guitar lessons with Jeff for 10 months. He is an outstanding instructor. He adapts his lessons to my capabilities, is encouraging but also challenges me to go the extra mile. He is extremely patient, when one approach doesn't work, he finds others to keep me engaged and feeling successful. I highly recommend Jeff! You won't be disappointed!
I've hired Clayton to give guitar lessons to my husband as a gift based on the good reviews. We have had him three times and so far so good! Clayton is patient and passionate, and also flexible around schedules and very professional. I can only recommend him.
Vadim is the best guitar player that I've ever heard. He has a wide repetoire, from Gypsy music to contemporary songs. He is great at accompanyment. His guitar makes you sad and happy, romantic and sentimental, imaginative and kind.
My son loves his violin lessons. Robin is friendly and fun
I am negotiating with Online Stage School of Performing Arts regarding trial lesson currently.
Lee is both very personable and professional in his lessons. I wouldn't be the guitar player I am today without the the skills that he taught me.
Very profesional and fun! I tottaly recommend Zamar Music Lessions.
Tim had an almost immediate understanding of my lesson goals and provided a great set of initial steps toward those goals. We have scheduled additional sessions that I feel will be very helpful in my quest for improvement in my ability to see, hear and feel guitar techniques and sounds. Very satisfied!
Great experience! My son has grown interest working with Dean and improving his piano skills. Thanks for your guidance Dean!
Guitar can be complex, difficult and overwhelming, but by focusing on effective learning strategies, or “learning how to learn” it doesn’t have to be. This is my main focus with students: cutting through the complexity, boredom and overwhelm by teaching effective strategies that help the human brain learn best. Things like how to self-evaluate, using recall and repetition effectively, the usefulness of mistakes, self-quizing for better retention, and many others. To the “I’m not advanced enough for that” or “That sounds too hard” reflex: These methods can be applied to any level of student. Just want to learn a few chords to strum your favorite songs? It works for that. Want to become the next jazz/rock/metal/alt guitar god(ess)? Works for that, too. It works because it's about using the most efficient, effective means to absorb and master the chosen topic. I have been playing, learning, and teaching guitar for 23 years. I have a B.A. in Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. and I love to teach. My clean, professional studio is well equipped and in a convenient location. And for all you parents, I have a comfortable private waiting room with wifi available (naps, clearing inboxes and netflix are all encouraged). Get in touch and we’ll figure out the best way to get you learning. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I teach blues guitar and jazz guitar and theory to those interested. Learn the tight way. I teach technique and sight-reading as well.
I teach people how to play guitar. I have been playing since 1976. I prefer teaching chord structure and strumming techniques for general beginner guitar students. I also teach guitar theory and teach people how to practice which is a very important aspect in learning how to play.
I am teaching rudimentary music and music theory to students willing to accept a professional curriculum. Bass guitar playing techniques are included in this offering.
I offer guitar lessons and some Professional audio recording services. My end goal would be to equip you with the tools to play anything that you want. I also teach the fundamentals of theory and overall musicianship. You will understand the building blocks of the guitar and learn not only to play things that you hear, but create your own music and styles.
