While he is a friendly and personable individual, we experienced repeated problems with communication, understanding instructions, and following through on what was agreed upon. One particularly frustrating incident involved a painting project. He ended up painting approximately 30 times more areas than we had requested, leaving our home looking like a patchwork of mismatched paint. We ultimately had to repaint all the affected walls to correct the situation, resulting in unnecessary additional work, expense, and frustration. Another issue involved the installation of our gazebo, which was not completed properly. Instead of addressing our concerns and correcting the problems promptly, we had to spend considerable time going back and forth, debating how the work should have been completed. What was equally disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. We reached out to him about another potential project after the previous work was completed, and he never even responded. This was especially frustrating given the amount of business we had already entrusted to him. I genuinely believe he means well, and he is certainly friendly. However, friendliness alone cannot compensate for poor communication, failure to follow instructions, and work that ultimately creates more problems for the homeowner. **My strongest recommendation to anyone considering hiring him is to get absolutely everything in writing before work begins.** Document the exact scope of work, specific instructions, expectations, and agreed-upon remedies if the work is not completed correctly. Do not rely solely on verbal conversations or assumptions that your instructions are understood. I wish him well, but unfortunately, our overall experience was far more disappointing than our original review reflected. We invested considerable time, money, and trust, and ultimately expected a much better level of service and accountability."See more

Front door new handle and dead bolt was not in the original work order but he did the work
My bathroom light he fixed saving me money on the new fixture. Moved my mirror up on the wall. The towel holders are measured perfect. My fault on the towel holder. Purchased the wrong one.
Bathroom faucet couldn’t be replaced because of bad work on previous home owners.
Planning on getting new cabinet and having Kev install.

I’m very happy with the work Rob did on my bathroom mini-makeover. He installed a new vanity, painted, and put in a new light fixture for me.
