Max is a phenomenal trainer! I have been working with him for almost a year now and not once have I regretted the decision to reach out to him. On the contrary, I am grateful to have found such a positive and energetic person to train with. I started working with Max with the intention of losing the extra weight I gained after college. We are currently switching gears and placing more emphasis on gaining lean muscle mass over weight loss, since I already lost about 25lbs from when we first started. Max and I went over my diet together and made a few key adjustments to help me along with my new goal. Max approaches each training sessions in a very thoughtful manner, keeping in mind the goals and the mindset of the client, which allows for very enjoyable and efficient training. Furthermore, I think it is worth mentioning that Max has a borderline supernatural propensity to stay optimistic, despite any challenges that he or his clients may be facing; this attitude helps tremendously during a particularly challenging workout, and it also provides a welcome solace when times get a little tough outside the gym.
I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I have been working with Malik for two months, and the results are phenomenal. Malik has taken my fitness to a new level, but more importantly, his training is worth the investment to my health. He is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, and also will encourage you to give better than your best in each session. I hired Eric as my personal trainer in September 2017. I have an athletic background but had not worked out in years so I was very depressed about my weight and personal appearance. I was looking for, not only for a personal trainer, but for a professional that understood what I was going through and could help encourage me and keep me motivated to stick with the sessions to meet my goals. Eric and I began working together 2-3x's per week and my progression and strength have improved dramatically. I worked through Eric's beginner program and now I'm on a more specific program that I will get a reward at the end of the training. Since September my appearance has changed drastically. I've lost 50 lbs and the weight training has kept me from having a lot of flab from the weight loss. I'm glad I chose Eric to be a part of my fitness team and will continue to work with him on this long-term journey.
Very professional but also very down to earth and easy to relate to! Every training session has been new and unique..I never know what to expect. We have worked with trx bands, weights, circuit training, and hiit. Bryant is an awesome trainer I definitely recommend him if your looking for someone who thinks out of the box and pushes you but makes training exciting!
Without question, DeMarcus Brooks is by far the best personal trainer with whom I have worked. Demarcus designed a personal training regimen specifically tailored to my goals and fitness interests (i.e., strength training and endurance for the tennis court with collateral benefit of weight loss). He introduced me to a variety of exercises instructed me on the proper use of fitness machines and free weights. He stressed concentration in good form to avoid injuries and the most efficiently build strength and fitness. Following Demarcus’ moveto Raleigh, I worked with other trainers in Atlanta. None of them were his class. Fortunately, his excellent tutelage has allowed me to continue my fitness goals on my own. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a fitness coach.
I had Derrick as my personal trainer for roughly a year or so when I was 18 years old. I had no knowledge regarding physical training despite being psychically active and playing sports growing up. Derrick took me to that next level. Wanting to gain muscle, overall size, and general knowledge, Derrick offered all the pieces to do so. He covered proper eating & diet habits, proper form when working out, and explained the many exercises to help me achieve my goals. I cannot endorse Paul more highly. He is really good at what he does and really pushed me to achieve greater than my own original goals. He's responsive and flexible considering how hard it is to work around busy schedules. He really has a great way to work with very few equipment props and yet really focus the workout on the core and get amazing results and calories burned. My flexibility and tone improved far more than I could have ever done on my own and exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend him more highly!!!! He will transform you. Brandon had worked with my daughter over the course of a few years to improve her fitness and basketball skills. He was always on time and prepared with a specialized workout for my daughter. If you are looking for a great all around trainer then you have found her! I have been training with Donna for a few years. I started after finishing physical therapy for a hamstring injury. I wanted to continue with strength training to prevent further injury. Donna helped me rebuild strength by listening to what I needed and adjusting the workout to fit my needs. She really pays attention to form which ensures that the exercises are safe and effective. I have continued with Donna because she keeps each workout interesting by changing it up. Every time it's different so my muscles are challenged and it's interesting and fun. She's great at encouraging you during the workout so I've been able to do more than I ever thought I could. Donna also checks on you between workouts to make sure you are doing ok. She genuinely cares about her clients! Awesome trainer, very professional but also a great person!
I have been at Lakeside Fitness for almost ten months. Within that time, I have lost weight, toned significantly and increased my flexibility. The workouts are rigorous, but fun and I look forward to going every week. The strength training has really improved my tennis game as well.

Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training.
