The pilot light went out on our fireplace and I couldn't get it back on. Reggie responded quickly and was able to come out the next day to inspect, clean and resolve the issue of our fireplace. He took time to explain how to light the pilot again and keep the maintence of our fireplace. Reggie is my new fireplace guy. He also works on gas tankless water heaters which I will definitely keep his business card for any future issues with our heater.

Great experience ! They came out and looked at the older house we just bought. Cleaned up and got the existing gas logs in one fireplace going and giving us options for the second fireplace. We had them come back out and install ventless gas logs. Super happy with the entire experience.

Reggie was fast to respond to my request and once arrived, he quickly identified the problem we were having (a bad connection on one of the tubes under the fireplace). He showed me the damaged part and explained why it was leaking. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue and checked to make sure nothing else was wrong. We also had him clean and service the rest of the fireplace since we didn't know when it was last completed. It looks great and most importantly isn't leaking any more.

Justin was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with our fireplace, did a great job getting everything cleaned up, our logs realigned, etc. He also provided us with quotes to install new logs (EXTREMELY FAST) and did a wonderful job with following up. Would highly recommend him for any kind of annual tune up, fireplace work, etc. Also big points for just being an overall kind person that didn’t talk down to us (have had that problem in the past with various contractors). Seriously, check him out, you won’t regret it!

My gas fireplace was putting out notable heat with just the pilot light on so we needed it checked out pretty quickly. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and give it a thorough inspection and cleaning. They were on time, worked fast, it looks amazing now, and the weird heat is gone!
We’ll definitely be calling them back for every routine cleaning and any issues in the future. 10/10, totally recommend!
