Introduction
Hello! My name is Ruben Stouth and I’m a personal trainer through ISSA! I work with several clients virtually and in person (In RALEIGH area) assisting with your exercise and nutritional health! If you’re looking for a trainer that will create meal plans, food shopping list, and/or at home / at gym workout programs to follow, and be held accountable- I’m the coach for you! (HABLO ESPAÑOL!!)

I’ve been training with Ruben for a month and it has been wonderful. He’s fun and pushes me to go a little further than I think I can each time. I’m an absolute newbie and he’s been really patient and kind about that too. Would recommend!

Ruben, my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Ruben is the man for you!

He's an experienced personal trainer. He guides me and explained me very well every exercise. He corrects me if I'm doing something wrong. The best thing is that he works with me toward my personal goals. And that's what he does with each of his clients.

When I began my training with Stouth I was nervous. After a few weeks with Stouth I'm seeing improvements in my body! Specially in my belly muscles. I didn't want to loose weight but I needed to tone up my belly and tights. With Stouth I'm learning what exercises I have to do and how, to get the results I'm looking for. I'm also learning about what food and the amount and hours that I should eat. He is really a professional.
