Needed to lose some weight and get in shape. Found this on Thumbtack and set up a fitness session with Darius Springs of Team Fit4Real. Great Decision! Some trainers just want to make you feel like you got your money's worth. This guy on the other hand, pushed me harder than I have ever been pushed. Didn't think that I would be able to do 45 minutes of cardio and then hit the weights all in one session. After 2 or 3 months I reached my goal of doing this and lost about 25 to 30 pounds. Very Friendly and knew what he was talking about, but be prepared to actually do some work! Had a great time during my sessions and would definitely recommend this trainer to other people! I have been a member of the Fit 4 Life family for about 5 months. My first introduction was through their Zumba classes, which are nonstop high energy. I am now taking boot camp classes and have seen many health benefits from my workouts. I have NEVER stayed with a workout for more than a month, but I feel motivated by Tiffany, her staff and other members. My endurance has increased,I am two sizes smaller and my stress level has been lowered. This is a lifestyle, not a fad!!
Alyssa at Zion Fitness is one of the BEST personal trainers anyone could have. She is very direct, but professional, with any advice she gives. Even when my results are not positive, she is very encouraging in making sure I don't get discouraged. I love the fact that she's available anytime for advice which is very helpful. Even when I don't feel like working out, she pushes me to the point that I forget that I don't feel like it and I always leave feeling better than I did before I came. Overall, I think that Zion Fitness is one of the BEST personal training companies in the area because not only do they help their clients physically, but mental and spiritual advice are given as well which will definitely make a person have a feeling of completeness about working out.
After wasting an absurd amount of money on a trainer at a big box gym who didn't let me lift heavy, pushed supplements on me, and didn't seem to know how to return a phone call, finding Keith has been a huge blessing. The work out plans are phenomenal. The nutrition is spot on. And perhaps the best part about the whole thing is that Keith is willing to put together a plan for you no matter WHAT your goal. When I first met with him, I told him I was interested in bodybuilding. Instead of shying away from a challenge or trying to get me to lower my goal like the other "trainers" I talked to, he never hesitated and has been on my side since day one. He's always available if I need help, and is quite honestly one of the best, if not THE best, trainers I've ever worked with. Don't waste your time at big, pretty corporate gyms. If you want to get strong, this is where you want to be.
