Corey has helped me with the three aspects in my life; mentally, spiritually and physically in three different ways. I am an athlete constantly learning how to play basketball and a young man learning how to become a better one. Thanks to the tools, Corey brought to the table with him, I continue to use them to this day to help me grow. Personal training, yoga and essential oils all helped take me to the next level. Personal training was informative step by step and different which kept it fun. I don't know about you but weight lifting all the time gets boring and repetitive. The training changed every couple of weeks because significant progress was made. Corey's energy level was always there from beginning to end. Yoga helped me to become more relaxed, focused in the moment, flexible and self aware such as with controlled breathing. The essential oils are essentially the icing on the cake, I'll let Corey go into detail about them but for me they are the real deal. They helped me go longer in my workout, recover quicker from playing basketball so rugged and become more grounded while in my yoga practice. I was with Corey for about 6 months at least five days a week. The only reason it was for 6 months is because I relocated to a different city. I still speak in high regard to that time because it laid the foundation down of what I want to do mentally, spiritually and physically. Thanks Corey for providing me with the tools.
Fabio has been training my 16yr old son for about 2 months. Having Tanner as a personal coach has been a Godsend. I played all kinds of sports growing up and was in the military so I'm not new to physical training. However now I'm 40 yrs old and am in the best shape of my life. The great thing about working with Tanner is that he takes all the guess work out of the equation. He personalizes your training cycle to fit your needs/goals and to improve on any weaknesses you might have. What an amazing program! I have used traditional trainers in the past and did so so with them. I decided a few months ago to try again and was introduced to Vertex's remote trainer fitness training! It's like having a personal trainer on retention! I told Chase my goals, we had a few conversations about what it was I was looking for then he put together an amazing routine. I went to my own gym after work and with his guidance knocked out my workouts. He answered every question I had and was right there whenever I needed his help. This is the best fitness program I have ever used. It has taught me how my fitness routines should be structured and has set me up for a lifetime of progress, which is exactly what I needed. I wanted to learn, not be told what to do. Think outside the box, this is the internet age and this is the type of innovative fitness training I was looking for. He is an expert at kettle bell training as well as other weight training and general exercising. Besides his knowledge of the human body, he knows a lot about nutrition. ATP has the best of both worlds...amazing small group and team training with quality personal training. The environment is friendly to clients training at all levels. Everyone is encouraged to push themselves, but the workouts are safe and supervised. Attention to form is one of the key concerns of the instructors.

I have known Damien for many years, professional, as a team mate and a professional trainer. One thing stands out above all else with Damien is dedication! Progress is a guarantee, as he always goes the extra mile to achieve any goal put in front of him. I had the pleasure of playing soccer with Damien a few years ago, he trains extremely hard and with focus, his strength and stamina were always stand out attributes. Damien's commitment to self improvement ensured that he became an asset to the team, due to the extra work and time he dedicated to constantly improving himself physically. I joined Damien for extra training session on a few occasions, he was always happy to help others achieve the goals they aspired to. He motivates, focuses on small stepping stones, building you up to the landmark you are aspiring to achieve. I also met with Damien a while ago, this during a time he suffered substantial injuries to many areas of his knee ligaments and more. I worried that he would not recover but naturally (at least for him), he made a rapid recovery and came back stronger than his previous self, he overcome the potentially permanently debilitating injury. This man has a work ethic to progress and achieve in any training excersie. I would recommend him to anyone with training goals. Given the chance, I would happily pay top dollar to have this man help me towards my fitness goals.

I was fortunate enough to participate in Jenn's yoga classes when she lived in PA. I felt like a different person each time I left- a new person, a "restored" person! It was the first yoga class I felt welcomed despite my experience level. It was the first class in my area I was able to experience restorative yoga. What an exhilaration to exercise and feel refueled, energized and yet so calm after the workout. I highly recommend Jen for her knowledge of the yoga practice. Willie is the most knowledgeable personal trainer that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When I first started out, he made sure that a thorough assessment of my fitness level was completed. He also provided a personalized meal plan and workout regimen in order for me to optimize the work that I was doing in sessions. Between sessions he made himself available to answer any questions that I had regarding proper form for workouts and suggestions for what to do between workouts. I'm a cardiac patient diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and by my last cardiology check up the blood tests revealed that there were no traces of congestive heart failure.
