Beyond obsessed with this place, the people there, and the change I am seeing in myself - both mentally and physically. In WEEKS, not months, I have smashed short term goals, pushed my own limits further than I thought they would go, and surpassed my own mental blocks. The meal plan set up by JR along with my training sessions with Nahjerrelle have been intense, challenging me every step of the way, but I have also felt SO supported with each step I take (and coming off carbs I need that!) Blessed to be a part of such a wonderful place and so excited to see what the future holds for me here!
I just started in the beginning of June and already I am accomplishing my goalsâ¦I feel like I have more energy and looking slimmer/more toned. Krisâ approach to reaching my goals includes cardio, strength training and diet. Kris has an excellent understanding of how the human body works and readily shares itâ¦.I like knowing what I am doing and what the benefit is. His personal touch brings a light heartedness to the workout but he is always encouraging you to do your best and to push yourself as much as you can to get the MAXimum benefit. And he is pretty funny too! The Maxfit studio is very clean. And everyone is so friendlyâ¦â¦I do truly look forward to my workouts because the environment is awesome.
John is awesome! I started running 5ks and 10ks a few months after training with John and I went from a 12 minute mile to placing third in my age group at a strenuous 10k mountain trail race. I would have never been able to do that myself. I got more out of one session working with John than an entire month at Planet Fitness. Results aside, he is absolutely fantastic to talk to and he keeps the workouts fun and entertaining. Anyone serious about meeting their fitness goals needs to start here.
I’ve been training with Sissel several times a week for almost six months now and if it wasn’t for her encouragement, motivation, and personal attention to my workouts I wouldn’t be 45lbs lighter and feel better than I have in a really long time. If you’re looking for a true professional to hold you accountable even on your most unmotivated days then Sissel is who you need as your personal trainer. Highly recommend!
GREAT personal trainer! He knows what he is doing but doesn’t make everything too serious, you’ll laugh a lot throughout your sessions. I have only been to training sessions for less than a month but can see (and feel) results. Mason really looks out for the best in his clients.
Jody creates varied CHALLENGING workouts and at the same time listens carefully to your questions and comments - especially important for me since I have not been active for quite some time. Very patient but appropriately persistent with encouragement to push myself. I feel like he really cares about my fitness and progress. Would recommend to anyone!! 5 stars!
Channel is awesome! her expertise in fitness and nutrition are outstanding! she really takes the time to sit down with her clients and go over a plan of working out, eating healthy, and living an overall healthy and positive lifestyle. Shes very motivating and will actually do the workout with you.. she isn't one to sit back and just stare at you. shes involved and attentive!
