Nathan called ahead and was on time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Told me his background experience in concrete work and roofing as we discussed the work he was going to do on my house. He did a thorough job ensuring he cleaned every bit of the downspouts and gutter debris. When he was done he told me all the details of what he found and gave some suggestions for problem areas without pressuring me to buy anything. He cleaned up afterward. His price was reasonable His business method is a great asset to this community.

When Kenneth learned that I would be paying for this project out of my own pocket, he worked hard to make this much less painful for me. Many other contractors simply walked away. Thanks Kenneth!!

Chris came out and gave me a quote right away for a 10' x 35' concrete patio. He explained up front about what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He and his crew did a great job pouring our patio. He also worked with us on a tight budget. Chris also offered to remove three concrete footings that were leftover from stairs that I remove from our deck. This was above and beyond what we were looking for. I would recommend Ground Attraction for any flat work or landscaping.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Royal Home Renovations! As an owner of a company I know that the contractors and companies I work with also represent me. I have worked with Royal Home Renovations on several jobs and they have performed all the jobs with commitment and enthusiasm. They demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, to plan and organize successfully to make sure that the work gets done in a timely manner and only provides the best quality of work for their customers Big Birge Co. has no hesitancy whatsoever in HIGHLY recommending that you consider Royal Home Renovations for any type of remodeling job you may be considering.

When I looked to hire someone for the renovation work in my bathroom I had three separate contractors do a site visit to review the scope of work so I could walk through the job and my expectations with each one of them in order for them to provide a bid for the work. Kurt's consistent punctuality started with that first site visit and continued until the completion of the work. His bid for the work contained enough detail to assure that he understood the scope of the project for a competitive price. During the initial site visit he demonstrated the hands on knowledge required for the work through his understanding and questions concerning my intentions on drywall work, vanity/plumbing changes, trim adjustments, tiling and the small amount of electrical work contained in the project. Once the details of the proposal were worked out Kurt got started about a week later as he had clearly communicated his timeline for starting the work to me while pricing the job. All the demo and drywall work was completed in the first two days, with the new tiling, vanity install and trim/finish work completed early the following week. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I added new tiling installation into a second entire bathroom and some additional drywall and trim work in a third bathroom as well. As a project manager for a commercial construction firm I would highly recommend utilizing Allthingshome for future work based on the quality of their work, timeliness of completion and competitive pricing.

Jerry fixed a pantry door that had broken hardware. It was a challenge because the door wasn't installed as it should have been by previous contractors. He made sure it worked! I'm glad to refer him to anyone!

Devon was wonderful - very helpful in answering all my questions. He was polite and when he encountered an unforeseen issue replacing my door, he didn't think anything of it to do a little extra work to get the job done (he had to level out some uneven concrete under where the door was to go). I will DEFINITELY use them again.

Plantz at first was slow to start because the rain held him up but after he started the project came together. What I liked was the price compared to other Landscape contractors prices that were through the roof! I mean I got one estimate for nearly $5000, You not only get quality work but a very good price.

Juan and his crew were great. I was in need of a quick turn around and he delivered. Pricing was competitive and he was friendly and courteous to work with. I had hired someone else to do the work initially but it did not turn out well. Saga Concrete came to the rescue and I would hire them again.

Dave and his crew replaced our aging deck. We discussed design considerations and he put together a plan to expand the deck size over what our old one was. We have a septic system so there are considerations for how close you can put a structure to it. He checked codes requirements and lined up all needed permits. The old deck was demoed in a few hours and hauled away. Then we determined the surface below the deck needed to be built up a few inches higher to get the grade correct for flowing water away from the foundation. We didn't have a truck large enough to haul that much dirt without taking many trips so he arranged for a trailer to get it all in one load. The pilings went in next and after letting the concrete cure the deck was framed up and surfaced. We opted to go with a metal railings which are aluminum with a tough textured coating. The deck is constructed out of western red cedar. This combination of material choices is the most cost effective considering the price of composite deck materials along with the ongoing maintenance that traditional wooden railing need. We're happy with the results! The larger deck surface is much more inviting and usable than our old deck. It looks great and is solid. My wife and I joke that it'd hold the house up in a tornado (hopefully we never have to find out!).
