MJ started training with me in November 2013.I looked for a trainer because I was not getting very far on my own. Previously I was working out only 2-3 days per week. I was looking for someone to motivate me, keep me accountable, and celebrate my victories. MJ created a plan that met my busy schedule and has been great to work with. Through him I've started training for 5k's (I hated running) and we've increased my strength training significantly. I feel better about myself, have more energy, and laugh a LOT when working out with MJ. He's down to earth, friendly, and super easy to work with. I've been recommending him to everyone. He just started but has the skills and knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is not nutrition focused which may be a downfall for some, but I've worked with a nutritionist so that isn't a focus for me.
I have never been a gym person, in fact before reaching out to Tammy I have never even used a piece of gym equipment before! After becoming very ill in 2015 with an autoimmune disease (likely Multiple Sclerosis but no formal diagnosis yet) I made the choice to get in shape and change my diet. Nancy is truly incredible. Over the past five years I've worked with several trainers and Nancy is by far the best and most effective that I've encountered! She is an expert on form and on how to customize each workout so that it is exactly what you need. A huge bonus is how energized I feel after a training session!

I started working out with Fred in Dec 2012. I am a stay at home mom with two children and I finally decided to get into shape and lose weight. I have lost weight in the past, but it has never stayed off and I never stuck with an exercise program until now. I made the decision to spend the money on a personal trainer and get fit and healthy. In just two short months of training with Fred, I have managed to lose 8 pounds and inches from around my belly, hips, thighs and arms. I have gone down one pant size. Fred has passion for training. He will demonstrate the exercise he would like you to perform and then watch to make sure you are performing the exercise correctly and getting the most benefit. Fred has a keen sense on how hard your muscles are working. The workouts are varied, but I never feel so sore the next day that I can't move. My muscles feel like they have been worked fully, but not over worked. He always manages to hit that sweet spot where your muscles feel worked, but aren't super sore. He has you do enough reps that your muscles are fatigued and can not lift any more, which is the best way to build muscle. Fred is a great motivator. He pushes you to do that one last rep or hold the plank just a bit longer to get the most benefit. I thought I pushed myself well, but found out having a trainer allows you to get that little extra out of each workout. I always feel the workout has pushed me to the highest level I can achieve. All of Fred's work outs are varied and interesting. He makes exercising fun and beneficial. I look forward to the work outs and never dread having to go to the gym. I would recommend Fred to anyone that is looking to challenge themselves, get the most out of their workouts and get fit and healthy.

I started working with Ruvan about a year ago, and in the time that he's worked with me I've seen huge improvements. I explained to him that I was interested in bodybuilding and was interested in eventually competeting. I had had trainers in the past but I had always felt that they were never able to push me to the level that I was hoping for. After my first workout with Ruvan, I was blown away. He knew exactly how far I could go while knowing my limits for that point in time. He is also very meticulous when it comes to technique, and his attention to detail has allowed me to see more gains while preventing injury. In a year, I went from deadlifting 315lbs to 525lbs.
