I have never been a gym person, in fact before reaching out to Tammy I have never even used a piece of gym equipment before! After becoming very ill in 2015 with an autoimmune disease (likely Multiple Sclerosis but no formal diagnosis yet) I made the choice to get in shape and change my diet. Tammy has been amazing since day one. She is down to earth yet exudes positive energy and is very supportive. She listened to what happened to me and worked with me carefully to ensure I did not injure myself. I have been working out for 5 months now and am in the best shape of my life despite having gone through a major illness that left me physically debilitated for months. Tammy is not only a great person and coach, she is also very good at what she does. She is extremely perceptive and always seems attuned to knowing when she can push me (and she does!) and when I need a breather or break. I think this makes her exceptional at what she does, and it's so clear she loves what she's doing too. I actually enjoy going to the gym now and finally committed to a membership and go regularly in addition to personal training with Tammy. She is great - you shouldn't waste your time with any other trainers!

Nancy is truly incredible. Over the past five years I've worked with several trainers and Nancy is by far the best and most effective that I've encountered! I’ve trained with Kandace for a year now. She gives a personalized 1 to 1 training tailored to help me achieve my specific fitness goals. Her seasoned knowledge in muscle conditioning, core workouts, agility & strength training have greatly helped condition me for my Spartan Races. She is always prepared & makes it a point to clearly show you how to correctly perform each exercise. And there is no lack of her generous motivation that I sometimes need to finish her tough workouts. She quickly observed my poor breathing & lack of flexibility. Her suggestion to try yoga along with her nutrition & diet tips, helped make a positive difference in my overall fitness & health. And in my opinion, Kandace being a registered nurse just adds another layer of knowledge & professionalism that makes her stand out. She is an excellent personal trainer & nutrition coach!

Working with Mike has been a great experience for me. It started out with him being just my trainer and I can say he's become one of my good friends in the process. He pays attention to what you are trying to accomplish and isn't simply out for a paycheck like a lot of other trainers. I can say I've become a better athlete and person working with Mike and wouldn't change that. He will work with you on scheduling and ultimately make the sessions about you and your goals and do everything he can to help you accomplish them. Would highly recommend.

I started working out with Fred in Dec 2012. I am a stay at home mom with two children and I finally decided to get into shape and lose weight. I have lost weight in the past, but it has never stayed off and I never stuck with an exercise program until now. I made the decision to spend the money on a personal trainer and get fit and healthy. In just two short months of training with Fred, I have managed to lose 8 pounds and inches from around my belly, hips, thighs and arms. I have gone down one pant size. Fred has passion for training. He will demonstrate the exercise he would like you to perform and then watch to make sure you are performing the exercise correctly and getting the most benefit. Fred has a keen sense on how hard your muscles are working. The workouts are varied, but I never feel so sore the next day that I can't move. My muscles feel like they have been worked fully, but not over worked. He always manages to hit that sweet spot where your muscles feel worked, but aren't super sore. He has you do enough reps that your muscles are fatigued and can not lift any more, which is the best way to build muscle. Fred is a great motivator. He pushes you to do that one last rep or hold the plank just a bit longer to get the most benefit. I thought I pushed myself well, but found out having a trainer allows you to get that little extra out of each workout. I always feel the workout has pushed me to the highest level I can achieve. All of Fred's work outs are varied and interesting. He makes exercising fun and beneficial. I look forward to the work outs and never dread having to go to the gym. I would recommend Fred to anyone that is looking to challenge themselves, get the most out of their workouts and get fit and healthy.
