I met Heather at Golds Gym, I was looking for a personal trainer and I was fortunate to get her. Not only does she push you in workouts she will actually work out with you. I found myself doing workouts that I never thought I could do because of her expert training, and she is also there for you emotionally trust me I certianly had some ups and downs and she was always there for me to pick me up and not be discouraged... If you are looking for someone to lead you to a better physical you then Heather is your person!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Kandace P. Platts, as a fitness/personal trainer. Kandace has been my trainer, motivator and confidante for 3 months. She has been able to walk that fine line of being the cutest drill sergeant and inspiring work out buddy with an ease that is uniquely hers. As a registered nurse, she has helped me with my diet which in turn has helped me push through those harder work outs and has reduced my hypoglycemia moments. I have worked out muscles that I didn’t know even existed and even, when I give my “dirty” look after a touch 10th rep of some crazy exercise, I always feel a great since of accomplishment. Kandace has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I am so grateful for her encouragement and knowledge and the best part, it is all done with such grace and a beautiful smile. I am so looking forward to working towards my first bikini competition with you.

I really enjoy working with Mike - he made it a priority right from the beginning to understand what my goal is and while training he explains how the exercises are working us toward that goal. He does a great job challenging and pushing me to do my best. I appreciate the variety of what we do since it keeps me focused and interested. He's also shared tips about nutrition, rest and recovery and how the exercises will benefit other areas of my life and overall health. Aside from personal training, Mike also does group classes which are fantastic (hard but effective!). I have really enjoyed the combination of PT and group workouts to help keep me on track.

I started working out with Fred in Dec 2012. I am a stay at home mom with two children and I finally decided to get into shape and lose weight. I have lost weight in the past, but it has never stayed off and I never stuck with an exercise program until now. I made the decision to spend the money on a personal trainer and get fit and healthy. In just two short months of training with Fred, I have managed to lose 8 pounds and inches from around my belly, hips, thighs and arms. I have gone down one pant size. Fred has passion for training. He will demonstrate the exercise he would like you to perform and then watch to make sure you are performing the exercise correctly and getting the most benefit. Fred has a keen sense on how hard your muscles are working. The workouts are varied, but I never feel so sore the next day that I can't move. My muscles feel like they have been worked fully, but not over worked. He always manages to hit that sweet spot where your muscles feel worked, but aren't super sore. He has you do enough reps that your muscles are fatigued and can not lift any more, which is the best way to build muscle. Fred is a great motivator. He pushes you to do that one last rep or hold the plank just a bit longer to get the most benefit. I thought I pushed myself well, but found out having a trainer allows you to get that little extra out of each workout. I always feel the workout has pushed me to the highest level I can achieve. All of Fred's work outs are varied and interesting. He makes exercising fun and beneficial. I look forward to the work outs and never dread having to go to the gym. I would recommend Fred to anyone that is looking to challenge themselves, get the most out of their workouts and get fit and healthy.

Chris is an excellent trainer. He has helped us achieve our goal of setting up an in home training program (we hate the gym) and is helping us make that program sustainable. Chris was able to modify excercises for my bad knees which I appreciated. He is positive, very knowledgeable, punctual and personable. I highly recommend Chris.
