I am male and 63 years old. Marie Solimeo has been my personal trainer for more than ten years! When I started working with her, I had recently gone through a difficult treatment for a serious illness. I seemed to feel tired all the time. Since that time, Marie has helped me gradually raise my fitness level, using a combination of careful strength and aerobic training. Through her patient work, she has been immensely helpful and has really improved my quality of life.
Phil is a wonderful person trainer to work with. He listens to what you would like to achieve and helps personalize a training routine that works well for the individual. I would strongly recommend him as a personal trainer.
I only started with Marcellus Beasley as my personal trainer two weeks ago and already feel 100% better. He is great to work with and knows how to motivate me. He works me to my limit and understands where that is and doesn't push me more than that. I have lost 8 pounds in two weeks and can already tell how much stronger I feel. I’ve been meeting with Andre for personal training sessions for over a year. Not only have I noticed changes in my appearance (lost approx 20 lbs, lost inches, and toned up), but my physical capabilities have vastly improved too! I give all the credit to Andre for being such a great trainer. He’s extremely motivating and encouraging. I can sometime slack if we don’t schedule appointments in advance, but I can always count on him to follow up to make sure I get my workout in with him. If you want a great trainer that offers encouragement and will get you results but doesn’t yell i at you like a drill sergeant then Andre’s the man for the job!!
I called Hybrid Fitness because I wanted to give the gift of good health to my brother who was retiring. The owner could not have been more helpful and even allowed my brother to wait until fall to start his sessions.I waited to write me review until my brother had actually worked with the trainer. My brother called to say that he has had a few sessions with the trainer and is so impressed with the time and attention that has been given him. He actually plans to sign up for more sessions once the training period is over. I am very pleased with my choice of a gym and a trainer .
Rob been training me for more than a year. Rob has in-depth knowledge and tremendous experience on fitness training. He's extremely smart to understand the muscular limits of individuals and prepare the training levels accordingly. His training methods involve introducing periodic changes to break the routines and this helps in physical improvement. He's very flexible with the schedules and does his best to accommodate his client's needs. I myself had witnessed tremendous changes in my body. Both my work & personal life has dramatically improved. Most importantly, he's an excellent human being with great values. I always look forward to my sessions with Rob as he runs it with lots of passion & motivation.
I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!
I have been working out with Chris since September 2013. During this period of time, I've lost 16 pnds. With Chris training and nutrition I have maintaned my weight loss. Chris is a great trainer and an amazing motivator!! He makes sure I get to the gym. He incorporates new routines so I don't get bored. He is always sending me links and reading material where I can learn more about nutrition!! I could not achieved my goal if Chris is not beside! Great sense of humor! Discreet!! Trustworthy!! After a 1.5 year hiatus from any sort of workout regimen, I heard about Adult Gym Class through a Facebook post. After scheduling an initial assessment with Tony, the head honcho, I decided to start training again. It’s been about 5 weeks and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The classes are tough, but manageable, and are never boring. No two classes have been the same. The small-group setting is ideal for me, because I do not enjoy being in an over-crowded class. It’s wonderful to have a coach there every step of the way. Tony is a great instructor and teaches you proper form & technique first & foremost. Getting back into shape will be no easy task, but I trust Tony’s knowledge and guidance and I look forward to continuing with the classes for a long time. Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
I recommend Alex to anyone....I've been doing the MRT semi-private training classes 2-3 times a week for the past month and I love it, I can already tell a difference in my body. The class is only 30 mins which is great but you get such a good workout in that time period.
Keith Barr is a wonderful person and a great track coach! He has been the Head Coach of the Rancocas Valley Track Club, which is a youth sports training program for kids as young as 5 years old, for many years now. The athletes love Coach Keith's easy going personality and the parents love his dedication to the program and to their kids. Keith is very positive, professional and encouraging to all participants. He welcomes athletes of all ages and ability levels and has consistently welcomed athletes with special needs. He has provided many young kids with the knowledge and early training they need to develop early motor skills and become familiar with the sport of track & field. As those athletes age and grow, they continue to get faster and stronger. For those who are older and ready for more serious training, he is very knowledgeable and demanding, yet understanding and encouraging and is able to cater to the individual needs of the athletes. The results speak for themselves as many of the RVTC athletes that Keith has coached have gone on to be track & field and cross country standouts at Rancocas Valley HS and/or college track programs.

I've been working out with Next Up Fitness (N.U.F.) for the past 3 months with Trainer, Terrell Johnson who is a truly excellent trainer. The facility is equipped with all your necessary training equipment. Trainer, Terrell Johnson Is a great combination of tough and warm. He knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Because of his efforts, I feel I am stronger, more flexible and confident. I have better balance, endurance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend him and the Next Up Fitness training facility and staff without reservation.
Jacquie was very responsive to my initial inquiries as I had never worked with a trainer before and was starting from zero. She was encouraging and not pushy. I appreciated the first session at no cost / she asked pertinent questions and was quick to understand my priorities.
