My 4th grade daughter is struggling with reading comprehension/writing and has been working with Jill for a few months. Her essay responses have improved dramatically during her latest reporting period. My daughter has ADHD - Jill accomodates her with a lot of patience, breaks and little activities for the two hour session. We are very please to provide an excellent rating for Jill and highly recommend.

LEAH IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I have a 19 year old son who needed extra help with Math, preparing for his ACT. Leah took the time in the beginning to find out how he learns and what style works best for him. This key!!! She is well prepared and takes her tutoring seriously. I can honestly say for the first time he comes home feeling confident about what he is learning he is not intimidated, not afraid to ask questions. First time learning Math without becoming frustrated. Highly recommend Leah, she is an excellent teacher, she is patient, soft spoken and really cares about what she is doing!! THANK YOU LEAH BERL!!!

This program was the only reason I accomplished my goal score. The teachers are extremely dedicated to making sure that each student is getting the most out of the program. I didn't feel like just another number in this program; I felt like the tutors actually cared if I succeeded. I've recommended TEACH to several friends and they loved it just as much as I did. So thankful to the TEACH team for all their help.

It is my great pleasure to personally recommend Sharon Lopatin for a teaching or tutoring position.. Sharon was vital in helping me understand and complete assignments in English, reading, writing, social studies and biology. She was also able to help me learn many new things, even when I didn’t understand it the first time. I can assure you that Sharon Lopatin is an outstanding teacher who will quickly become an integral member of your school’s community. Since our first meeting Sharon has been a great teacher because she is able to work patiently with me as I was learning a new language and could explain ideas in different ways. This level of attention and care make Sharon a wonderful teacher and educator for any student or classroom.

Neil Grobman is a great tutor. Neil tutored me in the reading and writing portions of the SAT. We had lessons each week. He introducesd and elaborated on a different topic at each lesson. At the end, Neil assigns word parts and an essay for homework which helped to furthur expand the concepts. Neil made sure that he answers all of my questions and concerns. If he did not know the answer, Neil finds any sources that provides the answer. Neil provides an unique way to boost vocabulary, attack the essay, and complete the passage based questions. I have learned a lot from Neil and I recommend him to anyone in need of a responsible and dedicated tutor.

I was accepted into a university due to Dwight's efforts and more particularly, his way of teaching. Dwight helped me (I had just got out of the marines and had not been in high school in 4 years) to learn how to THINK. Yes, he taught me formulas, science and how things work, but more importantly he taught me how to THINK. It was hard getting back in a school mindset. My acceptance to college was based on an ACT score I hadn't taken yet. Dwight had been helping me prep to take it. Come test day honestly not a thing he taught me from the test prep was on that test. But him teaching me how to THINK about every part to every question, equation, and how to analyze scientific data, is what helped me to succeed and pass the ACT to get into college.

Leslie has been tutoring my teenager son for 2 years. Since she started, his English level, writing and reading have improved tremendously, going from below average to beyond expectations. Leslie demonstrated excellent teaching skills, being softer at times and pushing more when needed. Moreover she shown a lot of flexibility to adapt to him and his scheduled when needed and always got the work done. Leslie has been above and beyond expectations!

My experience with Ms. Mitchell is beyond exceptional. The patience and genuine concern she has for children is rare today. Highly recommended.

I am a recent graduate, available for tutoring students of any grade level in any subjects (math, reading, SAT, biology, chemistry, physics, etc.).

I'm a certified teacher with experience in first grades through eighth in various subjects. My background is special education but I've spent time teaching in all settings (general education, inclusion, etc.) I'm also knowledgeable in the common core standards and PARCC testing.

I tutor all ages in English (writing, analyzing, comprehension and literature), and music (piano, theory, ear training, history, composition and arranging).

I'm looking for families seeking out child care and/or tutoring services! I have over 10 years of child care, tutoring and coaching experience working with children aged six months to 18 years. I have been a nanny for up to three kids at a time, with responsibilities including transportation, homework help and meal prep. I have a K-5 teaching certification from the state of NJ, and I have spent time in a classroom and working one-on-one with kids. I have home-schooled two elementary-school aged for children in the past year and have worked with children with autism, Asperger's and dyslexia. Although math always came the easiest to me, I went to college for communication/journalism (for marketing and event planning), and math and English are my favorite subjects to teach. I also have additional experience training soccer with my father who is a professional trainer working with kids ages 7 to 16, in coaching a high-school-aged boys soccer team outside of Philadelphia and also a co-ed under-9 team outside of Orlando last fall. I have taken a Red Cross class in the past for CPR and first aid and was named a registered babysitter. The services I provide are the following: - child care/babysitting (6 months to 18 years) - tutoring/teaching/home school (3 years to 18 years)

I can tutor grade school- and middle school-age children. I also type, edit and proofread documents for anyone who needs that service working from home or at an office.

I am a student at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and my majors are accounting and Spanish. I am proficient in Spanish, so if you or your child need help in understanding the language, I would be happy of being in service. Being an accounting major and accounting tutor, I am also good with math and know how to communicate the material to others. Other than my collegiate experience, I grew up with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. I lived with her for the majority of my life, which lead to me becoming fluent in American sign language (ASL). If you have ever wanted to learn a unique language inside of our own, I would happy to help.
