There are not enough words to describe Devon; He is just an awesome professional makeup artist and photographer. From the moment he walked in to the final end result I had tremendous and extraordinary experience. I would give him more than 5 star services. I went on a few makeup trials with many other people on thumbtack before I found Devon; unfortunately, they were a disaster experiences. But when Devon did my trial he did beyond great professional job, he asked me the right questions of what I am looking for and I gave him a picture of a makeup idea and colors I had in mind. The makeup trial he did on me came out perfect! He is such an artist he can see your face features, symmetry and work with your face features to bring out the best for both your physical look in person and photos. I can't thank him enough; he made me feel like a diva and celebrity! I wish I have found him long time ago. If you're looking for stylists/wardrobe consultants, then Beckie and Martina are a no brainer to hire. I hired them for a wardrobe consult and plan to use their help with a shopping trip in the near future. They helped me brave the idea letting go of all the "tired" items in my wardrobe to make room for how I really want to represent myself and show up in this world. I had the pleasure of meeting Alyssa at a bridal expo event earlier this year. I initially made an appointment with her for a trial for my engagement photos. I was so impressed with her work that I hired her for my wedding on 11/15/14 in Galloway, NJ. She colored & styled my hair, added extensions & did my make up for my wedding fast & at an affordable cost! Additionally, she traveled a long distance & arrived at my hotel earlier than expected & even came to my actual venue for touch ups for my myself & my bridesmaids. Regina and her team were amazing! She catered a Bridal shower for me along with 5 other bridesmaid and the brides mom so you can imagine the amount of questions and wants we had! Regina was so patient and quick to respond. The day of was a gloomy day in NY with a race going on in the area but they delivered our vision beautifully!! And everyone loved the food and decor!! We seriously cannot thank Tina and Erica enough for all they did to make our wedding perfect! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was attended to and the way we wanted it. From cleaning up my hotel room for the photographers while I was getting my hair and makeup done to bustling my annoying train for the 25th time, Tina and Erica anticipated my every need, and were 10 steps ahead of me at all times. They even braved the sub-zero wind chill to drive me around and fluff my dress for my outdoor photo shoot during one of the coldest New Year’s Eves on record!! They played such a huge part in making the day a success, and I can’t imagine not having them there. They are not only the ultimate professionals, but are also so friendly, caring, and warm. In the days leading up to our wedding, Tina was such a calming force, and helped me deal with all the inevitable last minute crises while providing much needed emotional support. Hiring Tina and Erica from ATP events for our wedding coordinators was BY FAR the best decision we ever made, and my only regret is that we didn’t have them for the entire planning process! My parents and my entire bridal party raved about them the entire day. I would most highly recommend them, and all my family and friends will for sure be using Tina and Erica for their future events!!!

Let me start by saying,WOW! Valerie was amazing. Her attention to detail amazed me. She decorated and arranged a location for my bridal shower and she went above and beyond! I had guests that had dietary restrictions (Kosher, vegetarian, halal) but she followed up with them and we're able to prepare for all of it. Decorations we're all color coordinated and beautiful to match colors I liked! She was able to do everything within the budget and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend with valerie. She is extremely friendly, detail oriented, and thinks about what you need even before you realize it!

Ani is AMAZING!!! This woman is someone that i will cherish for the rest of my life and will definitely refer anyone to. Lauren and Justine made not only the day of the wedding run without any faults, but also the weeks leading up to it. From the first planning meeting with Lauren, it was evident to me that the wedding was in superbly capable hands. She took over communication with the vendors and confirmed every single moving part of the wedding to create a master schedule, and then check in every step of the way to be sure that everyone was aware of the scheduling and to get live updates on the status of the schedule. Her organization made it simple for us to understand what tasks we had left to do and clearly showed a plan to execute all outstanding items. I wasn't worried about forgetting any details because I knew Lauren had them all handled and would also check all of them with us while adding her experienced suggestions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Justine went beyond my imagination in how proactive, cheerful, helpful, and all around amazing they were. Lauren cued each parent and bridesmaid when to walk down the aisle in the ceremony. Justine communicated with our reception venue and helped set it up while the ceremony was ongoing. At the end of the night, Justine was able to pack up all items and make sure everything we needed to return to us got back to us that evening safely. There was no stress in either getting what we needed to the venue or taking everything back home. Due to Lauren's organization with her pack lists prior to the wedding and Justine's meticulousness, there was nothing in question for us. Hiring Lauren was our best wedding decision - we can't have imagined our day running so seamlessly without her and her team. Any prospective couples out there should get their dates on Lauren's calendar and rest assured that their day will run perfectly. We had the most magical day, and not once were we concerned about any planning details. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests noted how organized and smooth the event ran, all thanks to YWbL!

How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

  • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
  • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
  • Conducting the wedding rehearsal.
